Dustin and his team get a A++ from us. We recently had a patio/deck/balcony needing replacement and his work is excellent. From giving us a competitive and reasonable bid, to being responsive with open communication every step of the way, to quickly addressing small issues that arose even after the job was complete, we highly recommend Marks Builders and plan to use them for our next project.

I can't say enough good things about Dustin and Marks Builders. He was professional and forthcoming from our very first meeting and that was my experience throughout the process. My bathroom looks amazing and he finished exactly when he said he would. He turned a nightmare situation into a great experience!! I would hire him again in a second.

Dustin and his team were great. Dustin was very responsive and easy to work with. He and his team removed the damaged ceiling and were able to determine the outcropping of the bench/window area was improperly constructed and designed. In addition to fixing the interior of the house as originally requested, Dustin and his team also built a new roof externally to cover the problem area. The sheetrock and painting work that the Marks Builders crew did was also well done and looks good. All in all we are very pleased with the work product we received and the professionalism and courtesy with which it was done.

They were great! we had to reschedule at the last minute and they had no problem adjusting. The work was done quickly, but with care. My husband and i watched the install and it was clear they knew what they were doing. They were friendly and even walked around and helped us price out some other future projects. i will definitely be using them again.

We contacted this provider for an estimate, and he was very responsive and helpful. We ended up going with an estimate we'd already received and did not go all the way through the estimate process with Dustin, but appreciated his professionalism and would absolutely contact him again.

Professional and fast. Installed the awning & the screen very neatly - exactly as I wished. Level & tight. Had to climb behind the dryer to get to the vent. Personable, professional, pleasant, prompt and didn't linger over the jobs.

I called Dustin. He answered call immediately and came over in 30 minutes(we are nearby). He knows the work well and quickly set up a plan with me and started to work on it. He finished the job on time. I liked his professionalism and quality of work. Strongly recommended.

Dustin arrived to provide a quote on time. He thoroughly looked over the roof and the structure and quickly developed a plan for repair. His ideas and communication were clear and easy to understand and he even offered optional quotes. We agreed on a plan and a price and made an appointment for when to start the work. He showed up to start the work early and contacted us to make sure that would be okay. He worked quickly and cleanly. He communicated throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied with the project. Once the project was completed he had us look over the work to insure we were satisfied and even offered to follow up should the home inspector have any issues. He then cleaned the work area, wrote a receipt and wished us well with the sale of our house.

Dustin was efficient. He used a few quality sub contractors but did about 80% of the work himself. He is also good with doing the paperwork and providing proof of insurance.

He was very quick and built it all in one day (just a few hours actually). He even put all my boxes up on the shelves for me when he finished! I was very impressed with that. His price was very reasonable considering material and labor. I am very happy with his work and I would use his service again for other projects.

It went great, repairs were done very efficiently and on time, can't even tell there was a problem before.
