+ 3 moreHe has a key to the house. He charges a fair standard rate. He does not take a mark-up on supplies. He is unobtrusive and extremely trustworthy. I cannot say enough good things about him, he is fantastic. He carries a cell phone so you can get a hold of him anytime. He is a bright, experienced. He is very professional.
Description of Work: We hired him the do a myriad things. He repaired a water heater, get electrical up to specs, tore out cabinets and install a dishwasher - he plumbed and wired it. He fixed some doors and dead bolts that were not lining up right. He hung some towel bars. He tore out some baseboards some we could fit in a refrigerator. He installed new baseboards. He also is fixing a mantel for us.

+ -1 moreMark did a beautiful job on the framing in of the doors on the interior of our house. They were all custom cut and fitted perfectly. The window installation went smoothly as well and if you didn't know it had been done, you could never tell that siding had been reinstalled around it. I highly recommend this gentleman.
Description of Work: He did the finished carpentry work around six doors in my house. He also installed a new window through the side of the house and installed siding around the area around the window.
