MARIO'S TREE SERVICE

Our neighbor called Mario to come trim their tree (was really our tree clearly over the property line) and they cut it DOWN no questions asked and didn’t even give the courtesy of letting us know. Just took the neighbor’s word for it. Caught them on camera and tried to contact Mario about it, to which he said it is not his problem. Do not hire this man, he has 0 ethics.

Very friendly service. One complaint is that they let fairly large limbs fall. One of them hit the roof pretty hard. Luckily it did no damage, but it could have. The large limb falls also damaged some limbs on a neighboring tree. They should have done the work more slowly and carefully, cutting the limbs into smaller pieces. Perhaps they wouldn't have been able to do it so cheap, but I think quality is more important.

I have nothing but good things to say about our experiences with Mario. We will continue to use Mario. He is dependable and offers a good value for his services. He's not the cheapest tree person out there, but what he offers is well worth what he charges.

I was very pleased. Mario and Hector picked up a tree that I had purchased from a nursery (for no extra charge), and were at the work site early. They promptly got their gear situated and were cutting within 30 minutes of arrival at the work site. They did not stop for lunch or take a break until the job was done. It took them approximately 5.5 hours to cut down 2 full grown trees, clean up and plant a 45 gallon Burr Oak. They even got the blower out and cleaned up the street where their trailer had been parked. Couldn't have asked for better service.
