Simply the best. My family and I recently moved from northeast Ohio to the Austin region for two reasons: 1) to be closer to family, and 2) as an entrepreneur I wanted to relocate my business to a more favorable business environment. After exploring the region, we chose the Lake Travis area because of its exemplary schools and because we fell in love with the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Although we met with a few realtors in the area during our house hunting trips, we chose to go with Tausha because she possessed all of the traits that we were looking for in a real estate agent: expert knowledge of the local housing market, advice on buying a home based on sound real estate acumen, and a caring, personal touch that would help guide us through the whole home buying process. Unlike many realtors who specialize in a specific neighborhood or region of the city, Tausha was expert in a fairly encompassing region of Austin, so when we started our home search she provided us directly with what we needed to know about a specific area and its schools without having to refer us to another agent or colleague. Dealing with out-of-state clients is never easy for a real estate agent, but Tausha handled our home buying experience like a consummate professional - and believe me, our home buying experience was far from routine! To make a very long story short, during our house hunting trip in the spring we found a house, signed all of the paperwork and had a home inspection performed, only to find out that just a few days later after all of the real estate contracts had been finalized the sellers filed for bankruptcy, consequently nullifying our real estate contract (insert loud UGH! sounds here). After a few weeks of dealing with the mess (during which time most realtors probably would have cut their losses and run), Tausha performed her magic and got us an even better house at a lower price and in a great neighborhood! My family and I will be eternally grateful for her dedication, drive and fortitude in finding our new home and for guiding us through our whole ordeal. The fact that Tausha is one of Austin's top realtors is by no means an accident - she loves what she does, she truly cares about her clients, and she is a great person. I should note that when dealing with many top producing realtors you often feel like you're just a number - this is certainly NOT the case with Tausha. At the end of this home buying journey we feel as if we've truly gained a new friend. The bottom line is that when you have received as many glowing client reviews as Tausha has, it happens for a reason... she's simply the best.

Tausha is Super in helping us locate a house that we love in an area that is more to our liking. Oh, my she was patient with us Senior Citizens as she guided us through the sellection of a house through the financing and even suggested folks to use as we moved. Tausha went the extra mile for us and we appreciate it. Naturally we will list our old house with her and we expect it will be handled as professionally as she did for the purchase of our new home. I can easily recommend Tausha to help folks move into the home of their dreams.

Tausha is friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. She gave a ton of information about Austin, the suburbs, the school districts, property taxes, etc (I really didn't read all of it, lol).She did all the research when we liked a house and provided us with ammo for negotiation. She helped us during negotiations too. She followed up with the seller's agent about fixing the issues from the inspection. Shout out to Lisa who took care of all our paperwork and made life easy. The title company she chose were great and our closing took less than an hour. We took a home-buying seminar from here a few months before we really started looking. I would highly recommend that. She packages all her recommendations for handy-men, lenders, etc in a neat booklet and that has been invaluable post-closing. I've recommended Tausha to my friends who've loved her equally.

Amazing Results! I highly recommend Tausha for both her expertise and her amazing personality. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and make sure that they get exactly what they are looking for. I have worked with her for years and could not wait till the day that we decided to sell our home. Tausha was the absolute first choice for us. She has such a knack for keeping her clients sheilded from the emotional stresses of selling or buying a home. She ensures a very smooth transaction by constantly keeping the communication open with her clients. Tausha is a fierce negotiator with her clients interest at heart. She is there even after the transaction is finished with regards to property tax questions, or planning future investments on rental property. She weighs the pro's and cons with her clients to let them decide what is best for them. She truly loves what she does and it shows. I would refer her to anyone I know that needs real estate assistance in buying or selling their home.

She got us neighborhood stats really quickly. But we noticed interest rates jumped shortly after the "freak out" so we figured, by the time we go our house on the market it be way too late. Plus we love our house. But Tausha is just really great about never getting impatient or feeling like you are wasting her time. She helped us back in October to buy our home and I have to say, Tausha and her team at Marathon are wonderful. With two small kids and a full time job, I wasn't interested in investing a lot of time into the home-buying process. Luckily, I didn't have to. Tausha et al were there to answer all my questions, and help me navigate the sometimes crazy process. And our home-buying process was especially crazy, as the sellers filed bankruptcy before the closing date. It was pretty annoying but would have been a lot worse if I didn't have an experienced team ready to help. I also learned (watching how the seller's agency handled things) that you don't want to be doing business with a real estate company that is not invested in you beyond the immediate transaction. Based on the fact that I feel comfortable shooting her an email for real estate advice (or tree trimming recommendations) Tausha is in it for the long-haul. She (and her team) doesn't treat you like a single transaction/commission waiting to happen. Tausha/Marathon is a great agent/agency that really cares about its clients.
