Showed up on time. Did what they said they would do. Followed up with my approval on job when done. Very courteous, professional, answered any questions we had for them.

Everything went well. They were on time, efficient, and their bid was better than the others we received. The work was exceptional. Miguel, the worker that completed the roofing work, did an excellent job. Luke Heintz, the project manager, was great. He always answered or immediately returned my calls. He was efficient, professional, and sensitive to my needs.

They were prompt and very clean. They picked up after themselves and they were professional.

This is my second time to use M & M and the experience was just as good as the first time. Luke Heintz, the project manager, is an excellent representative for M & M. Each and every timeline was met from the initial estimate and measurement to the final installation. I will be using their services again after the first of the year to replace two additional windows. Sam and Joey provided the work on our first job, so it was nice to see them again for this job with the addition of Carlos. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing their types of service.

We had a good experience with them. I had to call them back to redo a few things but they were very accommodating with that. We liked the fact that they were willing to come back and fix the problems. It would have been nice to have it done right the first place but they came back and made it right.

The work was wonderful. We were very happy with the results. We went through Angie's List and saw their references, my husband went to check the prices that they did, it was accurate, on time, the crews clean the place up and they kept the yard and stuff as clean as possible while they were doing that. We're just very happy with the results.

It was not totally favorable with M&M because it was not done the way he said and he was not available a lot.It was just a small job but it was a hard job for them because I have a detached garage and usually, in nicer homes, they can do to the back but mine's not that way it's in front. I have a garden home and that was real hard for them to get the stuff back to the back. There were times that I tried to get a hold of them and I couldn't get a hold of him. He's a nice guy. The guy came out and promised me the world. It was finished in a fairly good time. He told me he was going to have three or four people out there working and it ended up one guy was doing most of it. I tried to get a hold of him the whole weekend and he said, I just had my phone off. They did it and they cleaned it up and everything, it's just that it took much longer than they said because they didn't have very many people out there working on it. For a couple of days, it was just one guy. He was jumping over from the garage over to the front of the house. He scared me to death, I kept thinking, I hope I'm not liable if he falls and it hurts. I liked him, we got along really well but then I hardly ever saw him after that and I hardly could ever get a hold of him.

It went great. Our fix was tricky, so they were very responsive when we found a small leak remained after a had rainstorm. My husband had a hard time meeting up with the contractor, so I was surprised to find they showed up and added extra caulking without us even home to insure we didn't have additional leaking. All has been well sense, and I will definitely use them again if I need additional roof repair.

It was fine. My house looks great. They did a great job on my house. Their quality was great.

It worked out well. I didn't have any issues. They did everything on time and were very responsive to any questions I had. It seemed like a professional team. I would definitely use them again.

Project Manager Luke was professional, knowledgeable, helpful in planning this project, and prompt in responding to questions/concerns. He monitored the project from start to finish. The installation crew was excellent paying attention to detail and leaving the area cleaned up at the end of each day. Project was done on time. I'm very pleased with the finished project.

I used M & M Roofing, Siding and Windows here in San Antonio, TX. My project Manager was Luke Heintz. I had obtained multiple estimates for vinyl siding. Their estimate was very competive with others that I received, but the real difference for me was the contract manager, Luke Heintz. I told him what I wanted and he offered different options, but at NO time did he push one option over the other. For example: I asked about including vinyl soffit in the estimate, he advised me we did not need to go with vinly soffit because the wood soffit I had was in excellent condition and only needed painting. This reduced the overall job cost. When it came time to schedule the job, Luke called me to advise me that he had a vendor that had the siding color I wanted, but it was 7 inch width vice the 5 inch we had selected. Because the house was a 2 story requiring a lot of siding, he explained to me that the 7 inch would actually look better and give the appearance of Hardy from a distance. I agreed to go with the wider siding and he was spot on! The day Luke's crew was ready to start the installation he was there to ensure the right colors we delivered. We had picked a slightly darker color for the trim and fascia to provide some contrast to the primary siding color. He noticed that our original choice did not provide the contrast we had wanted. Instead of installing the trim he had, he called me to ask me to come by to look at our color choices to ensure the trim color was what we wanted. We discovered the color we had picked provided no real color contrast and he agreed. We asked him to get a darker color for the trim and fascia and he was in full agreement that we should do so, and quckly ordered the darker color so the project should begin. He was in constant contact with me to address any concerns we had previously discussed such as rotting wood or water damage caused by leaking siding. In short, Luke delivered every thing he promised and then some. When the installation was finished I was astounded at how well my house looked with the wider siding. From a distance it looks like Hardy as he said it would. As I was doing the final inspection, a neighbor across the street complimented the appearance of the new siding. I want to personally commend Luke and his crew for an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend M & M Roofing, Siding and Windows to any one considering siding.

Gave estimate next day. They we're prompt. Repair was made within the next two days, timely and was totally cleaned after completion. The bill was actually a bit less than estimate. I would use them again and recommend them.

Salesman was polite, knowledgeable, and prompt on his bid. Siding crew came every day on time, very efficient, nice guys who answered all questions. The painting crew was also very prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and got it completed on time. Both crews cleaned up the sites and checked their work. Luke was very friendly, prompt, answered all questions, and checked site to make sure it was completed correctly. The warrantees, etc. came on 9/4/14,

Luke, the project manager, was honest with us about the fact that it would be a few weeks before they could start on ours since they were finishing up one and there were a couple of other homes in line before ours. He explained that when they started one they finished it before moving on so they would not be running back and forth from site to site. Luke called us about once a week and after a few weeks he let us know it was our turn. Sam and his crew, Joey and Israel arrived and got started in earnest. When we arrived home from work on the first evening all the siding and been removed from one side of the house and they had already installed the sheathing, the Tyvek and the first few rows of new Hardie siding. We were thrilled. In a couple of days they removed all of the old windows and installed beautiful new ones. Over the next three weeks, they were on site every weekday and at least one Saturday and every day when they left it was obvious that they had made significant progress. About half way through, Fred and his roofing crew arrived in force and completed the entire job in one day. After the roof was done, Sam and his crew finished the siding and doors and the gutter guy came out and installed all of the gutters (he was so quick we never saw him and the gutters are beautiful). During all of this the painter was on site painting everything that was completed (2 coats of beautiful Valspar paint). Within 3 weeks everything was done and Luke and Sam asked us to walk around and write down a punch list of anything we noticed that needed correcting. We walked around and came up with about a half sheet of minor items. Within the day they had corrected everything. To say that we are thrilled with the job done by M&M Roofing would be a huge understatement. We now have a practically new home. It is more beautiful than we had imagined it could be. Everyone who worked on the project was a pleasure to work with. A big thanks to all who were involved.

I did only an initial contact with this company. I didn't go further than the bid process. I was disappointed that a window company would not be able to do any kind of glazing but only full replacement of windows. Not helpful.

The crew worked hard, completed the work, and cleaned up everything within a day. Hard to believe that a simple chimney can be beautiful but it is. Luke Heintz provided the bid and follow-up. He was friendly and professional. I never felt pressured. I am very pleased with M & M.

Were incredibly responsive, quick, took care of everything. We were needing to fix this for our home sale to go through and their responsiveness helped take the stress off. Did a great job.

The actual project went much longer than expected due to rain and coordinating various crews. However, the end result was above my expectation. Audie did as he promised, returned my calls in a timely fashion, made things right that weren't up to my approval.

Scheduling took a bit longer than expected but our project manager was communicative about it. One thing that they could have done better was bringing samples of the products we were discussing. I had to refer to materials from their competition to make sure we were speaking about the same products at times, but they did a great job and provided the best value for the money. The project manager was also very quick to respond to questions or directional issues. The crew was tidy and polite.

Audie showed up at the appointed time and gave me a quote which was 1000s beneath another company I had asked. He scheduled the work. The guys showed up on time and got the job knocked out in two and a half days. They tidied up all the mess really well and blew off the porches and walkways. Just brilliant. If only all contractors were this reliable I'd have a much nicer house. I'll definitely be using M&M again.

Everything went well. Performed their job on time and as promised. If needed I will use them again.

M & M gave us a prompt estimate after we called and worked with us on the insurance coverage for the roof. We went back and forth on the painting details and they came back out and quickly gave a revised estimate. Once we had the details worked out, the work was scheduled promptly and completed promptly. The work crews put in long days and did excellent work and cleaned up well. We are picky and hard to please, and we are very happy with both the roof and the painting. Audie Bower, the Austin area manager, is a pleasure to work with.

I called and asked to have someone from the company give me an estimate on either repair or replacement of two roofs. The estimator "Blake" called me back within 6 hours (so far so good) and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday morning at 10:00am. I took the day off to make sure I was here. The estimator never showed up and so I called and left two messages for him asking where he was and why he either didn't call or show up. I'm still waiting for a response. I understand that people get busy but there is no excuse for not calling the customer to say that they couldn't make it.
