He came to give an estimate and explained company. He saw the was a leak and made our roof a priority. When there was a problem he quickly called the people to fix it ( the sides panels needed to be fixed and required a different group).

The project was a success. Blake was the main point of contact and provided the initial quote, which was honored. He also had the crew install fiberglass insulation underneath the new hardiplank siding for no additional charge, at my request (only paid the cost of materials). This was appreciated. Overall the quality of the work appears to be good, and the pricing was competitive with other service providers that quoted me. The workers did a good job cleaning up after themselves and not leaving any extra debris after the work was done. The only real hitch that we encountered was a front porch light that wasn't working correctly after the initial installation. This problem took a couple weeks to get fully resolved, but it did ultimately get resolved to my satisfaction. In general Blake was very responsive to phone communications and never left me in the dark as to what was going on with the project. I would definitely be willing to use M&M again on future jobs.

It went very well. Chris Traweek was our contact person, and he was great about staying in touch. He provided good advice, about which I was initially skeptical, but that turned out to be exactly correct. He requested a readjustment from the insurance company and made a special trip to San Antonio from Austin to be here for it. The new adjuster agreed that we had been initially lowballed by the original adjuster and gave us several thousand more dollars. Chris pushed for even more to make sure we were happy with the appearance of our home when the work was complete. He didn't win that battle, but we sure appreciated the attempt. The work didn't begin exactly when they initially said it would, but the delay was not drastic (a few days), and they took steps to ensure our home was protected from water leaks until the work could be completed. The roof was done in one day, and it looks fantastic! It took longer to schedule the siding job, but it was less pressing, so that's understandable. The siding was done in less than three days, and it also looks great.

The territory manager Chris Traweek was knowledgeable with roofing issues -- including proper attic ventilation. He submitted all claim forms to our insurance company. The roof was replaced in one day. The clean up was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend M & M and Chris Traweek for their ability to conduct business. The includes a thorough knowledge of the roofing industry, good communication skills, reliability and follow-up.

Overall, our experience with M&M went very well. The bid that M&M provided was not the cheapest (by ~4K+), but Audie Brower made us feel the most comfortable. And when you're going to spend that much money, you DO want a degree of comfort with the contractor! Despite the summer heat, the work crew did show up on time each day. (felt sorry for these guys!!) Job lasted about 2+1/2 days, start to end. At Jobs end, you couldn't tell they had been here, except we had a new roof, and they did a great job at cleaning up any debris from our shrubs and yard.

They put a new roof on my house and it looks great. They did a great job and cleaned up the property when they were done.

Very well . Chris was very professional and informative . The crew he sent out was punctual and efficient . Work was done in one day and cleanup was great . They left everything spotless . Would recommend this company to anyone !

They were always reachable, and prompt. The foreman on the job was not there when something was overlooked. They corrected it quickly at not extra cost. Their prices were the best we found. It was a good experience, and I would recommend them.

We worked with M&M after our shingles were judged to require replacement after a hailstorm. We suggested an alteration to the original project (using solar dual-power roof vents at our cost) and M&M made changes, including ordering different supplies to fit the change. We had a few days advance notice before the roofing crew arrived. They were efficient and completed the job in two full days, including a Saturday. Their crew leader was communicative. The roofing crew cleaned everything up thoroughly, including our dusty front porch (which was dusty before they arrived). A company representative visited the following work day and did a visual inspection. A few days later, we heard unusual sounds coming from the roof vents. There was inadequate edging on the roof above the garage. Workers came out to address the edging and took care of a minor problem dating to the original build at no extra cost. Chris Traweek, M&M area supervisor, worked with us on resolving the problem with the roof vents. After new motors arrived, Chris personally installed them and carefully reviewed the operations of the three vents. A year after the storm, the roof looks great and does not leak. The sounds from the vents appear to be gone.

I have been in contact with M&M for a week and a half. I am constantly having to chase them down to get my price quotes and check on my credit application. I was trying to get this done before a big storm hit, yet alas, I'm still here with broken shingles after a big storm yesterday. I'm hoping my roof hasn't leaked! I was really planning to use them, but after poor customer service and slow responses, I will not.

Excellent. Gary Loyd kept on to of deliveries of material and kept me informed. Roofing crew lead by Kenneth Roberts worked long into the evening to beat rain threats. Good cleanup.

The crew took their time to ensure a quality job. We are extremely satisfied.

I was very impressed with M&M because they were the only company I called that was familiar with the formula used to calculate the net free vent area needed for my attic according to the building code. Also, they used one of the paints (Heat Bloc Ultra) that has been tested to confirm that it meets industry standards as an interior (heat) radiation control coating. Gary Lloyd was very knowledgeable and excellent to work with - always responsive by phone (Although he has e-mail, this isn't the best way to communicate with him). We split the project into two parts - radiant barrier first and vents second, with money paid on completion of the entire project. The guys doing the work arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves really well. Because of the big spring hail storm, it took a month to get started after the contract was signed, but Gary managed to work me in between bigger projects and the vents were added before the worst of the summer heat. Given the demand for roofers at the time, I was happy that M&M took on a smaller job like this. Although my review has been late in coming, I can now report that both the radiant barrier spray and the vents have made a difference. The attic temp is cooler and the AC doesn't run as much as it used to. I'm very pleased with my investment.

The workers were efficient and courteous. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up after the job. The only complaint I had was that they came onto my property when I wasn't at home, which I had asked the foreman for them not to do. Nothing came of it--I just wanted to be there when they were at my house.

I have never been so impressed before with roofers. This company goes all out to protect your pets, landscaping and the whole nine yards, I just wish the ratings could show A+++++. Chris and the rest of the crew are fantastic and I love my new roof. Chris went to my house and personally put a tarp over the hole so the incoming storm wouldn't increase the damage. I have had 2 other roofs put on, both by Beldon and they are good BUT M & M has better personal service and is really there for the customer and not just to make money. These guys have a customer for life and they have earned my trust, and my sister will be using them as well. I love these guys. Thank you so much Chris and team...you are a great company and look forward to having you back in January for more work.

Past experience with the San Antonio company were super. This review is based on the unfortunate set of circumstances of the area storms. Initial response was quick but the follow-up was unsatisfactory. Roof was replaced all in one day, in June with no follow-up information on when the skylight would be replace. I placed numerous calls to the contact. Each time, I got excuses but no follow-up with information. Though they may not have been able to do anything about the delay in receiving skylight, I should have been contacted periodically for updates. When fall rains came and water poured in around all 3 skylights, kitchen light sockets and fireplace, I suspected the skylight had not been ordered and I finally contacted the area supervisor, Mr. Loyd. He was apologetic and responsive. Each time it rained, he got what he could repaired and skylight was finally replaced in November. I'm waiting for the next rain to see if the fireplace leak and all other leaks are finally fixed. Leaks resulted in paint discoloration, so when I'm sure the leaks are fixed, I will need to see about touch-up painting.

I had some issues with the salesperson not reasonably quickly responding to requests for information and providing a formal quote. However the company was willing to work in a unique installation, unlike others I contacted. The actual work was quickly and professionally installed,

I had a leak in my guest room closet that another company tried four times to fix. I finally told them not to come back and hired M&M Roofing to do the job. They were extremely knowledgeable, fair, and got my work scheduled quickly. After it was completed, I had three different people follow up with me to make sure I was happy. Even more importantly, after over a week of rain I can finally say the roof is fixed. I will definitely call them again the next time I need work on my roof.

Have been desperately trying to get this company to first start the project and now finish the project since JULY 5, 2016! It has been problem and excuse after another after another after another! No communication and if you call the main office they treat you like an idiot! I have asked to talk to a supervisor or owner and that has never happened. They did not do a proper invoice for insurance company. They ordered the wrong color shingles which I refused delivery on and argued with me on them. Not sorry or we'll get the right ones but it must be my eyesight or that I have realize shingles fade. Or too bad if your house doesn't match your garage! Finally I got delivery people to tell them also the shingles did not match and what was needed. They still haven't provided me an invoice showing any price difference for the different shingles. They did not take care in tossing shingles off the roof and they did not clean up after the roof was done as per the invoice. Seriously I don't know how these people stay in business. It is not worth the frustration to hire this company! I STILL waiting on the gutters! And I'm not paying a darn penny to them until I get all the proper paperwork!

I messaged them for an appointment, and they sent me a notice a day later saying that their specified agent would be contacting me shortly to set up an appointment. Two days passed, so I emailed the email address they gave me. I never heard anything back.

They were very punctual. They came out when they said they were going to come out. The crew completed the work in the time frame that they provided.

Had an appointment they were No call/ No show!! a week later they show for an estimate (Todd Cantu) said my estimate would be ready in a few days; but he NEVER called ever again. Very unprofessional.

Would DEFINITELY not recommend this company. New roof replaced old one. After they were through, now there's water leakage around the fireplace and mold appearing around the kitchen area. Never had an issue with either, before. Very poor follow-thru...will tell you they'll be there on a certain day/time, then not show-up, nor call to reschedule. Made a BIG mistake hiring this company...

I saw the other reviews on Angie's list about M&M Roofing not calling back. I also saw the company's responses and was hopeful that the issue had been resolved. Based on my experience, the issue has not been resolved. I called on a Sunday. When I had not hear back, I called again on Wed incase something had happened to their phone system over the weekend. The receptionist said she did not receive the voice mail I left on Sunday. The receptionist was a bit rude tried to make it sound like it was my fault they had not called back. Despite this, I tried again and she told me someone would call about the estimate. No one has called. The other two companies that I contacted the same Sunday have already called back, scheduled visits, and submitted estimates. I decided to go with one of the other companies.
