He is also the same person that hand-picks the crew for your job and interacts with them throughout the process of performing your job. The job went very well. The workers showed up on Monday August 5th and began work on the back porch roof. Audie came by at least once each day to check up on how things were going. The workers began work immediately and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. Even though it was the hottest week of the year, they worked diligently and completed the job on time. They usually arrived between 8:30 and 9:00 am and worked until 7:30 or 8:00 at night. All the workers were very respectful and they would answer any questions I had about what they were doing. They would do what they could to make any changes I wanted. I was able to take off work for most of the job, but the evenings that I did have to go in, they locked and secured my back yard when they left. I could not be happier with the job that was done. I feel like my 30 year old home is new again. After the job was complete, Audie came over to collect payment and it was exactly what his estimate said it would be plus 75 dollars to repair some tree damage on another part of my roof.

Process went well. Job came in as promised, no surprises. I worked with Audie and he was solid. Got a follow up call from the owner, which was nice. I had every opportunity to raise a complaint, but I really didn't need to.
If I did it again, the only thing I would change is that I would want a foreman. Sometimes it was hard to tell who was in charge, and not many of the guys spoke English. That's the only downside, and I think you'll see that anywhere in Texas - wouldn't have been as difficult if I spoke Spanish.
Solid company, and I fully recommend them.

We were impressed with this company from the very beginning of the process. The estimate visit included a very detailed inspection, and we were given a folder that answered many questions we had not yet even thought to ask, and the pricing was very competitive. We decided to go with them after getting 3 other estimates because they had paid attention to our particular concerns, remembered all of our details for the job on the final estimate, answered all of our questions very quickly, and they did not require payment until the job was finished and we were satisfied with the results. All those things gave us a lot of peace of mind.
The crew that came were all very nice, very respectful of our property, and were extremely hard working. It was 100 degrees when they did our roof and we were amazed at their abilities. We have satellites on our roof for internet and TV we were a bit concerned about getting those back up and working but it turns out the workers had a very efficient system in place for handling satellite dishes and we barely noticed when they we off the roof since they had them back in place correctly so quickly. The job was done completely to our satisfaction and the clean up was very thorough. We could not have asked for a smoother process or a better company to work with. Our roof and fascia boards look great.

Chris Traweek was project manager, his sales presentation was well prepared, professional and complete. Initial meeting was informative and he answered all our questions. He provided scenarios as examples of his previous experiences which assisted us in making decision as to which vendor to select. Once we signed a contract, Chris gave us dates for the delivery of materials and employees reporting to work. The material was delivered as stipulated but project was delayed one day due to unexpected rainfall. However, he contacted us as soon as he could to inform us of the delay. Employees arrived on new scheduled start date, were polite, professional but friendly. Chris was present during project, checked progress and status of work, spent time with us to show and discuss with us the progress/status of project. They encountered major problem with shed roof but Chris quickly handled the problem, kept us informed, resolved and finished the shed beautifully. Chris and his work group completed the project on time, as per written contract with excellent results. Two months have passed since the install and we have not encountered any problems.

I requested an estimate for roof repair from M&M. The initial contact went well and they came out to look at my roof within a reasonable timeframe. However, it took them a long time to send me a quote (even after I call them several days later inquiring about it). Unfortunately, the quote was higher than the lowest bidder (who performed the work well). I got quotes from three vendors and M&M was pretty much tied for 2nd/3rd.

Contract negotiation was painless, and the price estimated was the price paid with the exception of a very small surcharge for more expensive choice of stone than negotiated. M&M removed and replaced all of our my home's siding, masonry, windows (8 total), exterior sheathing, front entry door, and fascia trim. They installed my choice of insulation on every exterior wall. They also replaced a window with a new exterior door and closed in my exposed soffit. They were willing to install windows purchased from another source when other weren't, and worked around me tackling some smaller projects that worked well in tandem with the exposed walls. The onsite workmen were friendly, courteous, and thorough. Management was the same and quickly responded to every phone call and email. They happily took care of a few small issues that we neglected to discuss during contract negotiations, and very quickly took care of the few very minor issues I raised at the conclusion of the job. I'm happy to rate M&M "A" and recommend them gladly.

It was an extremely satisfying experience. The two man-team that worked on the house were professionals in their mannerism, their level of expertise and making sure I knew what was going on at all times. I was pleased beyond expectation when they throughly caulked all the seams along with the superb flashing to protect the wood from troubled drainage areas on my house. Every day they cleaned up and I never found one nail, one fragment of old wood siding or paint in unwanted areas such as the driveway, on the stone exterior of the house or on the windows/ screens.
Robert the team led emphasized throughout the repairs to be sure to let him know if I had any questions or concerns with their work. I had a termite swarm many years ago and was concerned about the underlying wood damage that maight be present. The first day they arrived I had to go back to work. Robert knew of my concern and before I left he had removed the old wood siding in the suspect area. He didn't have to do that, but made a point to address my concerns immediately. The wood underneath the siding was in good shape; the termites had only eaten the paper barrier.
The new gutters were absolutely breathtaking. I had some fairly shabby ones up that had all but fallen off the house. I was nervous when I was inspecting the new ones because in many of the Angie's stories I had read about mis-installation of the gutters and their dents and unwanted bends. But they were flawless.
I only gave Audie a "B" on punctionality because we had a little bit of a rough start, but it was readily corrected the second time with our improved communication of the start time.
I would highly recommed M&M and will use them in the future.

Our roof was replaced by M & M Roofing, Siding and Windows with Gary Loyd as our contractor. We chose this company because they offered a lifetime warranty on labor and on the shingles. M & M Roofing is a Master Elite contractor which puts them in the top 3% of companies in North America and they lived up to their reputation. Gary met with us several times to discuss options and to help us choose the right shingles for our home. I'm really picky about color and he was quite patient letting me decide what I really wanted. I did not feel pressured in any way.
A few days before work began the supplies were delivered to our home and stacked along the driveway. A crew arrived the next day and began removing the old roof. At the end of each work day a magnet was used all around the house in an attempt to remove all nails and staples from our property. In addition to the roof our insulation was upgraded in the attic and a radiant barrier was applied. Great care was taken to properly spray the Heat Bloc Ultra Radiant Barrier and to blow in more asbestos insulation in the attic. Hazardous materials were handled safely and appropriately. The workers were diligent, cleaned up after themselves and were courteous at all times. Our roof is new, our attic is well insulated and we are happy with our lifetime guarantee!
We highly recommend M & M Roofing, Siding and Windows to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair. When we upgrade our windows we'll be calling M & M back to our home.

Audie came out and gave an estimate for the work, which was one of the lowest I received, and for a superior siding product. I took a few days to decide on a color palette, and within two weeks the siding was delivered from the manufacturer. A few pieces were slightly damaged in transit, but since the siding panels can be installed in either direction, it ended up not being an issue. Two guys did all of the siding work over a period of 3.5 work days, and then two or three others came out and installed the gutters in a matter of hours. Audie then came back and inspected the work and to pick up payment. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to upgrade their siding.

M & M Roofing Siding & Windows just did our big roof. They are going to be coming out and giving an estimate on the roof for the sun room. They did a wonderful job on our big roof. They have taken measurements for the sun room, so, we are waiting to here back from them on how much their bid is. We had a flashing problem around the chimney and they came out right away and fixed it. They cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again.

First obtained estimate and met Audie Brower. Very professional and courteous. Initial estimate was for metal roof. Became clear that I could not afford metal roof. Accepted bid on shingle roof. Audie brought me colors of shingles to look at touch and feel. I emailed my color. Audie emailed me contract. I signed and date was set. Shingles were delivered day before. Audie called that night and said wrong color had been delivered and we would have to reschedule. What he didn't say was that the contract I had signed had wrong color and I had missed it. My bad...When the men arrived, I was asked to move my car. Gathered up tools for possible limbs that needed to be trimmed. Specifically wanted tree painted if limb was trimmed. All men were on the roof. Got their attention and explained where everything would be. NO one answered or responded. I finally gave a thumbs up and and got a response of a thumbs up. As I drove off, decided maybe nobody spoke english. My 17 yr old stayed home for the day. One of the men came to the door requesting water. He immediately got him water and was worried he was having a heat stroke. Called me wondering if he should call 911. I said to let his co-workers take care of calling 911 if he needed it. I later thought about the fact that I had a water faucet and hose at the door and I don't know why he didn't get water and cool himself off. I was not able to inspect the roof til the next morning. The roof looked good as far as I could tell with the exception of the flashing around my chimney. However my yard was a wreck. Metal tabs and screws in my back yard. I have 5 dogs that use that yard. I also found shingle trash in my goats water bucket and trash in his pen. The men had used my lawn furniture to stand on and had moved my plant in front of the pet door to block my pets. Could have just knocked on the door and asked my son to block the door. Audie called and before I even let him explain why he was calling I complained about my yard and he advised the men were not done. They would be back to clean up the yard. A man and his son showed up and did clean up. Audie had explained that the men were afraid of my goat. I explained that I thought the flashing around the chimney did not look right. When Audie came by to pick up check, he looked at the flashing. Advised someone would be back to fix the flashing on Saturday. It is Sunday, raining, and flashing not fixed yet. Will be calling Audie in the a.m. I'm sure he will get someone out to fix it. Audie was great. However I would have preferred someone on sight that was "in charge". I think they should have the tools they need to do the job and not use my lawn furniture and be able to communicate their needs to the person in the house. Also would have preferred they cleaned before they left for the safety of my animals. Thank goodness no one was hurt.

We didn't like the response time. They said they were going to start at a certain time and they didn't. My husband had to keep contacting them to get them started. They were very slow. We didn't have that good of an experience with them. The price was reasonable. We haven't had any trouble with the roof.

"I contacted the customer after I saw this review. I told him that I was unable to recall any problems on his roof project and asked if he would discuss the problem with me. He stated that there was nothing wrong, that there had been a very heavy rain the night before and there were "no leeks" so the job must have been pretty good. I asked if there was anything we could do to make him feel better about having done business with M&M, and he restated what he said before. At M&M we strive to make sure that each of our customers are satisfied with our products and services. However, if we cannot identify a problem, we cannot fix the problem."
