Man and Dolly

The first day the 2 men came was great. The 2nd day was not as productive because one of the two men spent a great deal of time answering one phone call after another. He would go through the entire explanation of how the company worked and the rates for services for each of these phone calls even though I was paying/ hour for his services while he was talking on the phone. Both days, all of the men were polite and careful with my belongings.

They were great! I will hire them to move the furniture back! They were young, and very willing to work. They were very careful with my furniture and asked if we had any preference where they stored the items in the other parts of our house. I think the cost was $75./ hour total for TWO men. I can't get the approx. cost of service box to work on this review , so I will put the price here. 3 hours for two men=$225.

Two men arrived early and assisted in my move. Both were very pleasant and all around fun to be around, especially during such a stressful activity. They completed the job promptly and carefully. They were very accommodating to my needs, as well

It went well. I don't think the movers used the storae space as efficiently as they could have but their service was great.

Mr. William and his very polite assistant arrived as promised. They were very respectful of both my husband, me and our things. They work on an hourly basis and we had budgeted as such. I had to leave before they were done but my husband told me that they had left when the budgeted time had arrived. To his surprise, Mr. William and assistant returned to continue assisting my husband complete the task. We were both very, very satisfied and will definitely contact Mr. William and his assistant again.

Will and his team showed up on time and moved quickly, yet carefully. Even though they charge by the hour, they were incredibly efficient and did not waste a second of time. I have some very valuable large art, and they made sure it was properly covered and handled with kid gloves, even in the pouring rain!

I placed two ads on Craigslist looking for someone to dismantle, move, and put my very large office desk back together. After being stood up by two previous individuals/company's hired, I called William in a panic. He was one of the last respondents to my ad, and was very patient when I put him on standby. I had to have my office fully operational by the next morning or suffer some serious consequences at work. Even though it was close to 7:00 p.m. in the evening he didn't have any issue in gathering one of his helpers and getting this job done. He came all the way from North Austin to Southeast Austin. This task turned out to be more difficult than I estimated, and as time went on I fully expected William and his helper to not finish the task, but they didn't quit. They simply refused to give up. Keep in mind moving a large desk down the stairs and thru small doorframes of a small condo is not an easy thing to do without marking up the walls or damaging the desk. There wasn't a mark anywhere and the desk is just fine. Many thanks to William and his helper for doing such a great job. They were respectful, courteous, and true professionals. I will definitely call them again and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
