+ -1 moreEd Malish came out to the house twice to assess the work needed to correct some drainage issues (rainwater accumulating around the perimeter and getting into the crawlspace). I asked him several times for an estimate of the work needed and was told for three weeks that he was preparing one. Soon after he stopped returning both calls and emails (come to think of it, he never returned a call). The end result was that I wasted a lot of valuable time. My advice to other members of Angie's List is to avoid companies with unprofessional conduct such as this, and certainly don't allow them to waste your time.
