Description of Work: MALCO moved a reset switch for our AC/heater from our attic to the living area. It had been put up there by Strand, who repeatedly ignored our request to have it moved to where we could access it without climbing a ladder through a trap door in the ceiling - which we are unable to do safely. Anytime the electricity was off (storm or construction in the area) we were forced to reset it (or call Strand to do it, for a fee, of course). It was a simple job for the MALCO electrician and took only a little over an hour. We are very happy to have this changed.
