This company is the best! This is the 2nd time I’ve needed their help and both times everything went very smoothly and was done with the utmost in professionalism. Chris even went to the store in north Austin on his way home to pick up the ceiling fan for me when there was a mistake in the delivery! Otherwise I would have had to call them back out to install the fan another day. I'll definitely hire again.

I was very pleased with everything he did. The most important thing is that he was honest about what the problem was and even found ways for me to save money. He was prompt, polite, and professional.

I called Malco Electric, the scheduler put me down for the following day. Then the tech called back, said he had a window in his schedule, could he do the work today? Of course! He was in transit about 40 min., but showed up ready to do the job. He asked a few questions, got right to the work. We're now ready for the dryer delivery

Very good. Timely and professional. Only minor area to get better was cleaning up. Could have vacuumed up after drilling thru wooden rafters and other studs.
