Went quick. Had to decide to go to a different flushmount since light was installed on beam so no room for recess without requiring drywall work. Good option. Good deal on 2hr work coupon.

I had a good experience. They were prompt and professional. The work lasted too long as one of the workers left at 3:00 in the afternoon which caused the other worker to be in my house for an extended time.

Jeff called to ask if he could arrive earlier. When he arrived he put the chandelier up quick and efficiently. Took a look at the bathroom fixture and did a minor adjustment so light would work. I didn't want to install a new fixture. Both jobs came in well under the 2 hour deal purchased. Really pleased with the job done.

Chris called and was able to come early. After he introduced himself and asked a few questions, he jumped right in and began working on the dimming problem. As he worked, he explained what he was doing and why. He also gave some tips on how to prevent future problems and pointed out areas that may need attention soon. Once he identified the problem, he told me what he would do to fix it, fixed it, tested and completed his work and cleaned up in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Malco Electric and Chris. From the moment I called to schedule, through the completion of the work, it was great customer service!

Malco employee worked steadily until he finished the job, and came back to repair something that did not work properly.

I had already bought what I wanted install and the replacement parts that could be needed. The electrician replace a fan remote, 2 dimmers, a wall plug and a breaker switch under 2 hours. As he said, being ready with all parts and materials is the way to ensure you get the most labor time for the buck.

I described all this to Mr. Malco over the phone, and he told me the guy was wrong. He came out, put a brand new transmitter in, and it works just fine!!! We have a working light and fan in that bedroom for the first time in years!

I had a great experience with Malco. I think I bought two or three of their deals. When I phoned, whoever answered the phone, it's usually the same person, they were always so nice and courteous. The gentleman who came out is wonderful. When I called after the second or third deal, I would specifically ask for the first guy who came out because he was just really nice and does great service. They stayed longer than two hours initially for the first one I purchased so I had to pay a little bit more. The man who came out, his name is Chris.

Malco did a great job,and only problem I had was making sure tenant could be there early since Malco's appts start at 7am and go to 3pm.

Arrived on time, discussed options for what I needed, performed the job as agreed, electrician cut more holes on the dry wall than I had anticipated but said it was necessary to guide and install electrical wire to feed the new point.

Jeff was awesome! He showed up on time, worked quickly, and was very friendly. will definitely be using Malco again.
