Description of Work: First cleaning of home that I had rented. The Maids scrubbed almost everything possible including fans, sofa cushions, carpets and tile floors. Looked and smelled great after they finished.

Description of Work: They did the usual house cleaning. I would not use them again simply because !) No one spoke English. Difficult to communicate in that my fourth grade Spanish did not suffice. 2) Also, I felt the (various) 3rd ladies were here to be trained by the other two regular ladies. |They were all happy, smiling, and in a pleasant mood. Their work was very acceptable, except if I wished to instruct them on something they missed, or how I would like something done, there was no way to communicate. If one is bilingual I would recommend them.

+ -1 moreI hired Maids by Melissa a little over a year ago when I moved to Austin to clean my home every week. It started out pretty good and when I did have an issue, it was addressed the next time. However, over the past several months the cleaning was worse and worse until I finally cancelled my service with Maids by Melissa. I do not recommend this firm at this time.
Description of Work: Housecleaning for 4 bedroom / 4 bath home with 2 adults and 2 dogs.

+ -1 moreI have been using them for 4 months. They show up when they say they are going to show up and they do the job. The first time they did a deep clean, but now they just do a regular cleaning every week. They do the sheets, remake the beds and they will do just about anything you want them to. They will also do the refrigerator and so on, but I think they charge extra for that.
