Description of Work: Could not get an initial visit scheduled. The first time, they called to confirm an appointment 2 days before, left a message which I didn't get until the day of the appointment, so they never came out. The second time, they called to confirm the appointment 1 hour before, and I was in transit and was able to answer so they never came out. I gave up after that.

+ -1 moreI liked the on-boarding and the initial clean. I feel that the people that do the services are trustworthy. Punctuality on their stated timeline have not been good. The quality has been beginning to slow. We have been using them for 5 months. They are good and professional. I feel bad about calling them about the less than good cleaning, so it is my fault. They have been accommodating if I have asked for something. They should ensure that they are a little more punctual, and maintain high standards of service every time.
Description of Work: I use Maid Right Cleaners. I used them last week Tuesday for biweekly home cleaning.
