Magnum Roofing

We used Magnum Roofing out of Dallas-Ft Worth based on Angie's recommendation. Our roof has hail damage and gutters needed to be replace as well as a small water leak on ceiling in kitchen. The work was delayed because Edward at Magnum was wanting to get more out of our insurance company. I told him that I would pay in addition as long as the work was done correctly because we don't plan on moving. They were not going to add the roof vents like they were suppose to until my husband caught them in time THEN they added it. But I ordered a black roof and they gave me a gray one. Then the gutters were not put on correctly nor were they properly sealed so now we have water leaking in between the gutters and wood of the house. He was suppose to add a rain guard to make the water go around one of our pillars - he never finished that job!!! Plus, he took all the money from the insurance company which showed that he need to fix water stain on kitchen ceiling - that never happened!!!! As soon as he received the last check from my insurance company - I never heard from him again. I kept calling and Edward never returned my phone call. VERY disappointing!!
