Description of Work: They cleaned all of the carpeting in our home and although it was more than the special, the charge for the remainder was very reasonable. My only problem was they kept changing the time on me and ended up coming around 5 pm when they originally said they would be there between 10 and 12.

 + -1 moreMagic Touch showed up on time and called prior to arrival. They explained their process and, upon seeing that I had dogs, recommended an enzyme treatment to address any possible issues with urination or defecation that may have occurred in the past. They were fast and efficient, and explained exactly what to expect in terms of drying time and results. After the rugs had dried (2 days), they looked like new, and a week later, they look as if they had just ben installed. I was thoroughly pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future carpet cleaning.
Description of Work: Treated carpets for any possible past pet urination/defecation issues and steam cleaned master bedroom, hallway, and office.

 + -1 moreThere were 2 people on the cleaning team, and they clearly knew their business. I gave them a quick tour, showing them which areas I wanted clean, and they got to work. All I had to do was stay out of the way ? a good excuse to spend time outside in the hammock :-) They were courteous, efficient, and professional, and I will definitely call them again.

 + -1 moreArrived on time. Spent a lot of time treating pet stains from a recent puppy episode. We have a large house and they spent a couple of hours cleaning the carpets. They were very personable and offered to come back hat no cost if any stains persisted. We did have one small area that they treated and cleaned a second time. The carpet looks like new.

Description of Work: They assessed the carpet areas to see what the best cleaning method would be. Vacuumed all areas before starting. Sprayed with enzyme & Pet treatment. Steam cleaned all areas including stairs. Used deodorizer spray & raked over whole area.
