Not very clean results. They used powder to clean which does not work well. And they did not complete on time and we had to call them twice to get a date for return delivery.

They were really communicative and professional. I've used three different companies for carpet cleaning and they were the best. They cleaned the carpet really well.

They came to pick up the rug and took it to be cleaned. It took about 2 weeks, partly because they were swamped after an Angie's List deal. They dropped the rug off at the house when we weren't home (this was agreed to). It looked much cleaner. We didn't have any specific spots removed, so I can't speak to that service, but I was pleased to have the rug looking cleaner and brighter than before.

They were good and they did a good job. They cleaned the carpets in 5 rooms. They addressed some stains that I had, but some of them were not cleanable. Scheduling was just fine.

Cleaned all of our carpets via the $149 Big Deal. They did a great job, lifting furniture onto foam pads or plastic squares, being thorough on the stairs, etc. Only one minor issue where they may have been moving too fast and pulled two ceiling fan chains too hard, breaking them. But my kids have done that once or twice, so I understand how it can happen.

Jason did an excellent and thorough job. Magic Touch is by far the best carpet cleaning vendor we have used in Austin in 15 years. They pretreated all of the carpets, not just a few spotted areas. They removed cat stains that had been there for months which we had been unable to completely remove on our own. Jason found and treated other mildly stained/discolored areas that we had not noticed. They also did an excellent job cleaning a 6x9 oriental area rug. The price included a $99 whole house deal plus $60 for whole house stain repellant treatment. They raked the carpet after applying the repellant which most other companies neglect to do. At no point did we feel like they we hurrying or trying to quickly finish and leave. We would recommend and use them again without hesitation.

Provider did show up on time, but was unable to clean our area rugs through the Angie's List deal even though I let them know we had area rugs before making the appt. One of these deals should have already been refunded, as I accidentally ordered 2.

They did the job fine. I was surprised though that I was charged $30.00 extra for a dog stain.

They cleaned our whole house for a move out. There were a few pet stains that didn’t come out, even though we paid extra for those spots. Overall the carpet was clean and it smelled good, though.

Magic Touch did a wonderful job! They showed up on time, reviewed the job with me, and got to work. They were quick, thorough and did very good work.

It went very well. I found them through a deal on Angie's List - I paid a little extra for the stain removal, but it was still well worth it. Carpets were left clean, and good-smelling! I didn't think that anyone could get all the pet stains out, but they did. The crew was efficient, courteous and professional. I'd definitely use them again.

It went pretty well. They did a nice job. There was only one thing that I was disappointed about and that was that I didn't realize that they wouldn't be cleaning under the beds. We rearranged one of the beds the next day and there were spots under the bed. But other than that they did a great job.

They did a fabulous cleaning job on our carpets. Even got splattered paint off the carpet! Would like to give them a go on our tile floors in the future.
