Description of Work: Magic Touch Carpet provided carpet cleaning for approximately 3,000 sq ft. The technicians were total professionals, explained the services to me up front, did not push to add additional services, and did a fantastic job. I have scheduled them to come back and clean the upstairs rooms and tile work throughout the house. I strongly recommend their services.

Description of Work: We had some pretty set-in stains on our carpets from the kids. Previous carpet cleanings did not succeed in longterm results. These guys were able to get those tough spots out and 3 months later, our carpets are still looking good. I would use them again, most definitely.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company and they were fantastic. They were very professional. They did exactaly what they said they were going to do and I got the results that they told me I would get. They cleaned about 5 rooms for me. I did have to purchase something additional for a protector treatment of the carpet, but they did just basic carpet cleaning for us.

Description of Work: After I learned of the carpet cleaning BIG DEAL, I called Byron Hall to see if there was an open appointment slot for the next business day. I told Byron Hall I saw a BIG DEAL and would purchase. After I purchased I went to the web site to schedule and discovered a much better deal right on the front website page. I called Angie's List customer support to cancel the big deal.
