This guy is a TOTALLY unprofessional jerk. On THREE separate occasions, he said he would be there at a certain time, and then no-showed me EACH time. Was just trying to get my computer back, and when he finally answered his cell, I told him what I thought of his inconsiderate and rude behavior. Whereupon he threatened to undo what he did on my computer, then---wait for it---he berated me about how old my computer was. A total and complete jack hole. Cannot believe this self-centered ahole has not shuttered this business yet.

I took the sick iMac in just before the weekend. On Tuesday I called although they didn't know exactly what caused the problem, the repair would require reinstalling a system. I was given several choices, and foolishly chose a system identical to the old system, but then I realized that would necessitate a lot of work finding a source to install from. So I went out and told them to install what they had initially recommended. I was told that would fix the problem and I wouldn't notice much difference in the macs operation. And that just required 2 hours to install, and it was fixed! Happy ending.

They do good work on our Macs. For free they came into our house because our media was out of control. They are very knowledgeable and workable. They are very good. We've been using them for a couple of years. A friend recommended them. The only issue is that they talked for a long time and I didn't need all that information.

I had popped in to look at computers and was able to talk to the owner, Ken Gould. He was very friendly and took time out to answer my questions. I took the computer home that day!.
