I really appreciated working with M G Floors. From the beginning Miranda helped me determine the best product line for my house and living situation. My main issue was that I have two huge dogs. I needed something that would hold up, the dogs wouldn't slide all over on and would look contemporary, and I knew I definitely did not want ceramic tile. Miranda recommended a LVT - Luxury Vinyl Tile that looks like a hardwood. Unless you touched it, you would think it was a laminate, maybe a hardwood floor but without the clacking noise that dog nails can make. They were also replacing and adding new shoe molding throughout the house. Prior to installation I moved all of the breakables and small items into the garage. Day 1: They showed up on time - 9am. The crew moved all of the remaining large items (no extra charge) in to the garage. Removed old carpeting and linoleum throughout the house. They worked until about 7pm to complete the flooring in the entry, kitchen, dining, living room and master suite. Day 2: Flooring installed in the in-law suite and office. Painted and installed the new shoe molding. They also put in a custom transition piece around the fireplace hearth They also brought to my attention that the shut off valve for the guest bath was leaking. Told me the exact parts to get and fixed when they removed the toilet to install the flooring. MG Floors finished the job 2 days faster than previously anticipated. Highly recommend MG Floors and will be using them again for future remodeling projects. (Yes, they do more than floors)

Office staff very congenial, professional. It went very well. The floor looks lovely. (Hence A for quality.) Perhaps some communication difficulties with the work crew because of language. (Hence B for professionalism.) They replaced the old baseboards, which they weren't supposed to do. When I saw it, I had to ask them to remove them. I felt badly about that. They did it with no negative reaction. (I thought that maybe they missed that replacement wasn't on the work order. Or maybe they were trying to do me a favour by just replacing them; which would have been a nice favour indeed, except that we wanted to put new ones on ourselves.) They rinsed equipment at the front tap outside which got the stuff on the plants and soaker hose and river rock. (B) I would hire them again because they put down the floor well. I would check on them more often and I would mention at the start that I would rather they rinse their things with a hose in the grass, which will grow and be cut and thus shed the residue. An overall rating of B seems too low. But, a perfect A seems too high. I put A, but A- would have been more accurate.

We went to store and we looked at the floors they offered. They gave us a lot of valuable information about the pros and cons of the different hardwood floor types. We then scheduled an appointment and they came by to do all the measurements. We then went back and went over our options, we took 2 samples home to look at them in the sunlight and check the colors with the color of our tile. We went back there a few days later to schedule the installation. The hardwood floor installation went flawless, the hardwood floors were installed very professionally, the trim looks amazing as well. They even used matching color trim for the stairs and the fireplace. Carpet installation was very fast and professional as well. They used high quality floor padding, the difference between the material they removed and what was installed is day and night.

I gave them lock box access and they were in and out in 3 days. It went great.

They were great to deal with, a small business that answers their own phone. They did the work on time and on the budget they gave us.

They gave a quick estimate on bathroom tile and living room carpet. Price was reasonable. I stopped in to get carpet and tile samples.

We purchased a new home that had zero upgrades and decided to splurge on getting new floors and granite counter tops. Manor gave a very fair estimate on our home and kept in touch with us during the home buying process. Once we closed on the house, we let him know we were ready to begin. The team came in two days later, on a Sunday even, and started their work. They were extremely quick and efficient. The attention to detail was phenomenal. We were quite pleased with the level of craftsmanship that went into the flooring, particularly the stairs, which are notoriously hard to do. The team worked extremely hard all week, up til 9pm some nights, to get the job done and then cleaned up so we could move in the following weekend. We will absolutely be using them again when we need to redo the upstairs flooring in a couple of years!We

I gave a report on the estimate they did for me and then I liked the way they looked and how they looked at the job, but when they came to work, they were very haphazard. At one point the left a piece of laminate flooring sticking up. They had to level my floor using concrete, where they did this, they sprayed the side of the housel And when they cleaned the buckets, they dumped it on the grass and killed it. Owner say because not using standard crew. I had to watch everything. Not well supervised. I had one discount, but they gave me another discount because of bad situation. Under the conditions, they treated me fairly, but I would not use them again. They had no initiative in correcting any work as it was going on and I had to keep pointing out and having them correct it.

The job went very smoothly. The guys showed up early and got right to work. The had to rip out all the nasty old carpet and also remove the toilet so the new tile could be laid in the bath and water closet area. It was a pretty large area and it took 2 days from start to finish. They re-seated the toilet and left everything really clean and nice. Very professional.

Very fast, efficient process from start to finish. I went to M G Foors, Inc. based on Angie's recommendation and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Miranda was very patient and assisted us in selecting just the right product for our needs. Manor was out right away for a estimate and work started right away. We had some major furniture pieces to move around (regulation pool table and shuffleboard table) in the gameroom, and these items, along with all our furniture got moved out and back in with no problems. The work crew was outstanding. The entire project was completed on time and to my absolute satisfaction. I get compliments on my floors everytime someone walks in the house! I've got a few more projects to tackle and M G Floors, Inc. will be my first call.

. Requested and estimate to replace a laminant floor. Miranda answered the phone and was professional and friendly. Even though I was just calling in for an estimate sometime during the week, Manor was available and came right over. He measured the house and filled out an estimate right on the spot. He answered all my questions. I don't think it took over 30 min. I will be using them to install my floor in a few weeks. Did I mention it was also the lowest of three estimates I received. I am not choosing them for the price, but for the professionalism they demonstrated. I found this company here on Angies List.

Miranda was very prompt in response to the email request I sent. I had been to a few other showrooms so I was pretty sure about what I wanted for hardwoods. Manor came out to do the estimate 1 week earlier then scheduled, but we were home so it worked out fine. One of the reasons we went with MG was because of Manor. We were going to be spending a lot money and Manor made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. He didn't rush like some other contractors did. After receiving all 3 bids we decided to go with MG. My husband and I went to the showroom and Manor was there to help us pick out tile, grout and carpet. We scheduled the work and the estimate was that it would be done in 5 days. We scheduled the start date, but never had a firm time the work would start the first day. By 9:30 am there was no one at our house yet so I sent Miranda an email. She responded quickly that it was Monday and they were getting a late start but would be there shortly. Francisco and his helper showed up and started the work. This would be one of the only dings that I would give MG. It would have made me feel more comfortable if Manor had showed up with the crew and introduced them and told me what to expect. During the 5 days they were here there were usually just 2 workers. I was impressed each day at how clean they left our house. Although we had no stove to use or washer and dryer they cleaned everything daily before they left. All the floors were swept clean of dust and debris, and there was no food or drink trash around our house. They started on a Monday and were finished on Friday afternoon as promised. The floors are beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. The only other ding I could give MG is that Manor never came by to see what the work looked like. We never saw him throughout the installation process. Miranda was always very quick to respond to my email requests. I really liked the small touches that they did such as putting the rubber stoppers on all of our furniture for us. Francisco also spoke English so there were no communication issues. I would recommend MG to anyone who wants quality work at a great price. We didn't choose them because they were the lowest bid, but they were the lowest. They gave us a high quality hardwood floor (Johnson Forever Tuff Santos Mahogany) at a great price. They also had the lowest price for the demolition which was quite extensive with the amount of ceramic tile they had to pull up. We are planning on replacing carpet in the master bedroom and remodeling our master bath and will definitely use them for that project.

The work went pretty good. They were straight forward and didn't try to push me with their products. They gave me straight forward answers. The owners were pretty nice to work with. They were knowledgeable but we got more information about the floors from other sales person

The owner is very good and knowledgeable. He walked me through all the steps and he came out to do the final inspection, which I liked. I would discount them for their work crew. It was a Spanish work crew and only one person knew English. He wasn't on the job all the time and there were several occasions where I wanted to get an update on the floors and nobody was around that could speak English. That was the only downfall. Otherwise they completed the project on time and any little flaws that I pointed out, they came out and finished. I would recommend them.

They were great. We were quite pleased with their work. They did a very good job. They were here when they said they would be here and everything turned out fine. We bought the materials out, and we just paid them their part.

Had e-mailed company and got a prompt response. They were pretty busy so I asked them to call back to set an appointment to fix laminate floors. No contact so I called & turns out they forgot & didn't take my message. This is not a good way to establish a business relationship.

The people at MG Floors were a pleasure to work with: very responsive, very professional, and our kitchen looks fantastic. The prices were very good, too. I would highly recommend MG Floors and will definitely be using them when we redo our carpet next year.

I returned the samples to the store. He is the M and she is the G. I spoke with her and she showed me around. I haven't made any progress on the project yet but they are probably who we will use. It was a good interaction. They are good at staying conservative and I am all for that. It was a pretty good sized job. They came over and gave me the estimate. They were on time and were very friendly. They weren't out to sell me the absolute best stuff they had. They did a good deal, but they took my circumstances in and gave me suggestions that would save me two grand. They looked out for me and didn't try to get more money. They were recommended to me by friends of ours who had used them to do their floors and who raved about them. That's just the kind of people that they are. We are planning to use them. We have other pressing work that needs to be taken care of and we have an ugly carpet. I was talking to them and they have experience in doing remodels. He is the one who advised that we get the rest of the carpet cleaned and change out the heavy used areas. He was doing the best for me and not for himself. I really appreciated that.

They were great. They gave us a timeline and stuck to it. We had questions about some of the end results so asked the owner to come out and walk through the job. He agreed with us and decided to put down trim to make everything more esthetically pleasing. It would have been nice to have the exact same grout thickness everywhere but he put the trim on instead. Actually, that would have been more costly if we had wanted to put it in ourselves but he put it in at no cost to us. We are very pleased because he was professional and we?d highly recommend him. They said they would be here at 9 and they?d come at 9:30 or so; that?s not the exact time but it isn?t unreasonable. We would absolutely use them again. The only thing that occurred to us was that they left the door open all the time to go out to the front yard to cut the tile. I think it was to get the job done more quickly and if it had been cooler outside, I don?t think it would have been a problem.

M G Floors was very helpful in putting together a coordinated look for updating a home. They installed tile and carpet throughout the home. They replaced an old countertop with a beautiful new granite countertop complete with a sink. They coordinated with the painter by doing the tear-out first, letting the painter do his job, then returning to complete the installation. I've worked with many companies in the past, and this one is one of the best. The work was perfect. The tile was installed in perfect lines, even down long halls, with no chips, or cracks. Grout lines were small, just as we requested. The counter top installation was flawless. They ran into some minor problems hooking up the stove, but did not charge more for the extra parts needed. They adjusted the vent ducts to give more room under the stovetop than what was originally there. The owner came out to inspect the job and made sure we were completely satisfied. The work was better than ever expected. The house sold in one day after being put on the market. Their crew was polite and professional.

MG Floors had lots of tile samples to choose from in their store. They put the prices on the tile samples which is really nice. And of all the places I went to get quotes, MG Floors had the best prices. I was able to schedule the work a week after I signed the contract. The two men that came out worked really hard and kept the work area clean. I was very impressed. Everything came out better than I expected and I have high expectations.

They were meticulous and they did a wonderful job. I am totally satisfied with them. The primary reason why I decided to go with them was Angie?s List. The second reason was because they are a small Latino-run business - I like to give my business to companies like that. The person who came out gave a free estimate and talked to me, and I figured it was worth it. I would use them again.

They were very rude they had no patience for us on deciding and making changes. I was talking to a lady on the phone and she even hung up on me. Also, they did not finish the grouting properly and the work was quite shabby.
