Description of Work: I was given contact info for Mr. Krause by a third party. I am a cabinet maker and trim carpenter myself and needed some molding that I couldn't find anywhere for a job. The third party thought he might have some, since he'd built cabinets of that vintage. Monroe was very helpful, actually had the trim that I needed and offered it to me for a very reasonable price. I didn't get the job, so I never bought it from him though. He was very professional, a gentleman, and as I glanced around his shop, the work I saw was of high quality. A great guy. Old school, in the best way.

+ -1 moreI phoned two companies for an estimate, and Longhorn Millworks was much more reasonable. Their work was exceptionally high quality. The doors were finished two weeks before schedule. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I had six cabinet shelves copied. The doors were patterned, so they had to be matched. I took a sample door, and Monroe matched it perfectly, with even better quality than the original. He added hinges as a bonus.

+ -1 moreMonroe was great to work with!! I will definitely use him again! I gave him a picture of a cabinet that I liked and he made one for me to fit in the dimensions for my guest bathroom. He came to my house to meet with me to understand what I was looking for and take measurements. He called me within 48 hours to give me a quote. He was very reasonable and his craftmanship was outstanding. The cabinet took about 3 weeks to make which was a week earlier than he originally told me. He does not stain or paint cabinets but that was not an issue. Monroe is an honest man and wants to do a good job for his clients! I called his references and they were glowing! I have 2 more bathrooms that need to be redone and I am going to use him again and again!
Description of Work: He built a freestanding custom cabinet for my bathroom.

+ -1 moreI thought that they did a great job as they charged me half the price others quoted me. Their custom cabinets were even cheaper than other home improvements store most expensive cabinets. This is definitely a straight A company. I will keep this company for my future needs. I highly recommend them.
