LONGHORN AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

Real prompt when I decribed what was going- immedately qouted pricing and installed that day- Had to have them return twice after install unit did not sound right Their organizationl skills in the office are suspect- all history and paperwork is mssing deleted/mis-filed by previous employee that is no longer there. In July 2010 The unit kept cycling on and off. I called for servcie, came looked at the unit- said I needed a new wall thermostat of which I did not agree with. Thermostat was and is fine. I called another servcie described the problem and they immediately diagnosed a stopped up drain. New services treated the stopped up piping and unit has been operating since. If I had listened to Longhorn, my home would have probably flooded creating more expense and damage

The people from Longhorn definitely did not do as they were hired to do. All they did was clean the actual base unit to the air system. Supposedly, that was their way of cleaning air ducts, I don't think so. They were suppose to do all the vents and duct work throughout the entire home. They are nothing but a rip off and will never cross my door step again.
