My Panasonic upright needed a belt. The provider replaced the belt; even though they do not usually support the brand.

My overall experience with them was fine. I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them in the future if I needed to.

I have a top-of-the-line Miele vacuum I had bought a few years ago in Florida. I had lost a part for the car cleaning kit during our move and went it into this shop to see if they could order one for me. The salesman (I can't remember his name right now) happily gave me the part; he happened to have one lying around. So I ended up buying some of the European wash detergents they stock in the shop. Very nice experience. More recently I went in with the desire to sell or trade in the vacuum mentioned above. He was quite shocked that I would want to get rid of it, and there was along conversation about my reasoning. Miele are great vacuums; built to last and definitely NOT landfill material. Anyway, he did finally understand my reasoning, and steered me toward one of the other fine brands he carries, Sebo. I haven't made the purchase yet but will certainly buy from this business when I decide to make the purchase.

Fabulous purchase and fabulous service. Several months ago I needed a new switch for my vacuum cleaner. I hoped replacement would be under $100, but feared the worst. Mr. Long called me with "good news and bad news." The bad news was that he could replace the switch, but it would cost $65. The good news was that they were replacing my vacuum cleaner hose (which had been cut open to remove something lodged inside and then taped back together with duct tape) for free because they just happened to have one lying around. These folks are awesome! They are extremely well-informed about the products they sell, and they sell the BEST vacuum cleaners. Most places would have probably tried to talk me into replacing the vacuum cleaner, but Mr. Long told me I'd probably get at least another 5 years out of my vacuum cleaner. They believe in selling products that aren't disposable, but that will last for years and years. Now that's what I call a great company!

I originally went to them because I had a problem with my vacuum. While I was waiting for them to repair it, I bought a new washer and dryer which they delivered and installed. I don't remember the price, but I was very happy. They also didn't charge me to fix the vacuum.
