 + -1 moreWe have been using John at Long Insect Control for around 12 years. A pest control company that showed up to our house uninvited claiming to have been called and then helping themselves to quite a few gallons of our water without asking for or having been given permission is what prompted me to write this review. I would never consider using that other company for a second and I wrote an appropriate review for them. Then it occurred to me then that I haven't given John the positive review that he deserves. John is always personable, friendly and prompt. He knows his business and is in no way high pressure. He never calls soliciting business. He responsive when I do call for service. We usually receive service within a day or two of calling. His prices are fair too. I would highly recommend Long Insect Control.
Description of Work: Extermination treatment for house, both inside and out.

 + -1 moreLong is extremely responsive and arrives within a day if I have any problems between treatments. Furthermore, their treatments are very effective, and I've had no problems.
