Not the best couldn’t get the chimney to ignite states my gas wasn’t on when it was on. Basically told me to go buy a new fireplace because it’s such a hassle to fix

I was very impressed with Lonestar. The service provider worked with my schedule, and offered a Saturday time. We had an honest conversation about the work to be done. He didn't try to upsell, and in fact offered a discount that wasn't publicized. He was on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up extremely well. He had to work in every room of the house to access all the air ducts. He was very respectful of our property. I will definitely hire again.

Not only did it go well, he responded withing 30 minutes! Quickly got to the job, cleared out the lint and dryer heating much better.

Job went smooth. They found two safety issues with my chimney. One was the chimney didn't even have a cap. Had them install one. The other involved the tin flashing around the chimney brick was not sealing properly due to a hole and shingles needed replacing. Will be contacting a roofing company ASAP. Thanks Lone Star.

Fantastic, literally got here 30 minutes after I called to schedule the appointment. Very polite and friendly. Fantastic work, very clean. I would recommend and reuse!!!

Service was: prompt, communicative, professional and proficient.

Arrived on time and ready to work. Checked out the flue from inside the house, cleaned it with brush and vacuum, cleaned up dust on the hearth, and then went up on the roof to inspect the system from outside. Talked to me about the condition of the firebox lining, which has a small crack but does not yet need to be replaced. Quoted me a figure for the lining's eventual replacement. Then he asked if I was interested in having my clothes dryer vent cleaned, and I was. So he went back on the roof and cleaned the vent with brush and vacuum. Also, I mentioned that the fireplace sometimes allowed smoke back into the room, and he showed me how to open and close the fresh-air vent.

Very well, especially considering we have 12 foot ceilings so it was quite a ways up! He was on time, very courteous and pleasant - and honest - said we really could have waited a year, but I feel much better getting it done. We just recently bought the house and you just never know.

Could tell a difference in the quality of the air after cleaning.
