Service did a good job, cleaned the vent well end to end. Could have cleaned up the lint outside a little better, but that's the only complaint. Would hire again.

Went great. Came out right away and fixed our problem. Also gave us a deal on cleaning the chimney the same day.

The job went well. There was a long period that the contractor did not contact us, but they eventually called to re-schedule the job, which was performed to our satisfaction.

They did not perform service. I have tried several ways to get refund but Angie’s list never responds. The problem was not with duct company but with Angie’s lust.

Purchased a coupon through Angie's List for chimney sweep. Technician was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and careful to keep the surrounding area clean. He checked the chimney on the roof to ensure it was in good condition. He also gave me some sound advice regarding our dryer duct. Would use again with confidence.

Purchase was made for dryer duct cleaning through an email ad from Angie's List. The work was scheduled for Wednesday, Dec 20, 2017 but the contractor never arrived. I called him and he said his transmission went out on his truck and that he SHOULD HAVE called me on Tuesday to let me know that he could not come. I asked when he could come and he said, "I should be able to work you in on Saturday (Dec 23). No show and no call. I will request a refund and will not do business with this contractor again.

All went very well! He was punctual and friendly. Went right to work and finished the job quickly. So happy we had the dryer vent cleaned. He said the vent cap was full! Had we not had him come to clean it out, we could have eventually had a fire. My clothes dryer works much better now since the vent was cleaned.

Lonestar was here less than 24 hours after I called. The chimney, inside and out, was inspected and cleaned. In addition, I got my dryer vent cleaned! The fee charged was for both services.
