The guy came in and looked over the areas and couches and gave me a quote and I approved. He then went outside and started the set up he brought in a couple of hoses he made sure he protected my wood floors and my new counters by placing paper on the floor and placing corner guards on the doors and my island. He started on the upholstery first and he seemed to take the time to do the job well . My couches were dirty and when he finished they smelled good and looked great. Then he started on the carpets he vacuumed all of my edges and the carpets before the started cleaning them. He took out stains that I thought would not come out. Carpets dried quickly and the carpets were soft and fluffy the next day.
