+ -1 moreExcellent. The initial referral was from my boss who knows a lot of stuff, but even he has to admit that these guys know their stuff.
Description of Work: Our computer completely crashed. Initial diagnosis was a fried motherboard. Basically, we had to rebuild the whole system. Logic Approach knew their stuff. They built us a system that runs even faster than our previous computer, which was a "national brand".

+ -1 moreAfter 4 days I had to call and ask about the machine and was told I would be called back in the afternoon. That didn't happen, but they did call the next day to ask for model and serial numbers of the motherboard!? I then got called that afternoon to pick up the machine. I was told that they couldn't identify the problem, but said it would cost me $90 to reformat the hard drive and reinstall Windows. I took the machine as that is an easy procedure, but now the system won't even accept an install of Windows. I'm in a worse position and now have to try and find a responsible service and repair shop.
Description of Work: I took my desktop in because it kept locking up. I provided them with a printout of the pop up error messages from MS Windows XP SP2 so they had specific error codes to track down. I knew there was a $54 inspection fee, but I was told that with the information I provided they would be able to diagnose the problem and I knew that I would have to wait 2-3 days for them to get to it unless I wanted to pay a higher fee for one day service.

Description of Work: I had a power supply replaced and additional ram capacity added.
