Glynn and Jerry are the perfect duo. They did such a great job on our home that we asked them to replaced my parent’s roof too. Both are extremely professional and knowledgable, plus they worked with both of our insurance companies to cover the storm damage. Additionally the crew worked hard to get each roof done in a day. They cleaned up the job site as they worked, being careful not to damage anything below. We recommend them to everyone!!

I worked for LOA for a year and had nothing but a great experience. They do the best work and their goal is simply to help every customer to the fullest. They would go above and beyond to make sure every homeowner was satisfied. They always did the highest quality work and all the employees are great people overall. After we had roof damage from hail, LOA Construction came out immediately to give us a quote on the work that would need to be done. They worked with us and our insurance company to ensure a fast, affordable, quality repair. We won't hesitate to contact them in the future should the need arise.

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and his team. Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful with my numerous questions and concerns. This was my first time filing a claim through insurance and Kevin helped make the insurance review quick and easy. His team was punctual and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up, too. Went perfectly well despite long delays caused by mortgage company's handling of check. Matthew Prall was an excellent project manager who worked with me every step of the way and kept in contact me through the appraiser's investigation all the way through to the end. AOC did a fantastic job and I was reroofed in about 5 hours total. I definitely recommend LOA Construction and specifically wish to call out Matthew Prall's thoroughness, professionalism, and promptness in answering questions. A++++

I love my new gutters! I worked with Kevin on getting gutters installed around my home. Kevin was very prompt and responsive to all my questions regarding gutters and the work to be done. It was very important to me that the gutters and downspouts were barely noticeable and LOA nailed it. The crew made sure that the gutters matched the trim and the downspouts were subtly placed around the home. They were fast and efficient - in and out in two afternoons. There was a slight misunderstanding on the gutter placement on a small section of the roof. Kevin and the crew were able to resolve it quickly with no extra charge. I highly recommend working with them. Kevin and the crew were very professional and the quality of the work was excellent.

Mark with LOA came out and walked me through the process. It’s a complicated process, however Mark simplified it for me. He was here on time for appointments. LOA’s crews were here on time as well. I appreciate how they respected my property while they were here. They covered everything around my home with tarps to minimize debris in the yard. They did an amazing job on the roof and rolled my yard with powerful magnets at the end of the job to pick up any small metal and nails. They were in and out in one day. My yard looked better when they left than it did when they arrived. I would recommend Mark and LOA to anyone.

They damaged many of the new shingles during installation and the roof leaked in two places. LOA did come back and replace the damaged shingles and stop the leaks. They were very helpful in dealing with the insurance company.

We worked with Zachary Whitston and we could not have asked for a better experience. So much so that, we will be using Zachary and his crew in the future for our rental portfolio. LOA Construction technicians showed up on time, executed the roof work quickly and efficiently and kept us informed throughout the job via texts and pictures. Their customer service was phenomenal.
