This is the 2nd time I have used Andy Reese and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is extremely professional, punctual and calls to confirm his appointment.

I woke up in the morning and didn't have electricity in my RV. Only it was not the entire RV, but just part. Narrowed it down to a tripped curcuit. Called Andy w/Lightning Volts and he had me send him a pic of the breaker box cause RVs don't always use the same kind as homes. Fortunately he had the right breaker and was able to come out that day (and I believe it was a Saturday) and got me up and running in no time at all. Even offerred to reattach a cupboard door that had come off its hinges, but I couldn't remember what I'd done w/the screws. I forgot to mention the breaker box was located in a very tight spot, but Andy didn't flinch, just got to work and was done quickly and I haven?t had a problem since.

Andy was great to work with. He had good suggestions, and listened to and incorporated our ideas. When we first turned on the new lighting, our jaws dropped. The change in the room was that dramatic. Lightning Volts has been our general-service electrician, and we will continue to use it for projects both large and small. (I did not grade the price because we did not comparison shop, but we feel like we got good value.)

I didn't hire, pay for, or see the install of the ceiling fan until it was done. (a surprise from my husband) When I came home, it was complete, working and looked great so he obviously did work quickly and well because it works fine, no problems and we're very happy. My husband said he was a little spendy but that might just be because he had to pay someone to do something he would have liked to have done himself. I'm assuming he was charging standard Electricians rates and as long as it's reasonable and works and doesn't die or burn down my house... I'm pretty happy! I know he had to work up higher than average which didn't appear to be a challenge so that's a plus too.

Everything was performed to satisfaction.

Lightning Volts was quick to respond to my call and made it out to provide an estimate the very next day. After obtaining multiple estimates, I found the character of the electrician to be upstanding and the quote with amount of labor, etc. to be better than that provided by the other companies. I was told that it would take six hours of work for one electrician. With the amout of work that we were having done, I wasn't sure it would be possible- but it was! He did a wonderful job and went above and beyond what I expected to ensure that we got what we were wanting. I will use them for all of my future electical needs.

Happy to say, we are enjoying the hot tub now!
