[Member Name Removed], firstly, I apologize if there was any confusion regarding the expense of our services being distinct from the expense of the approved 3rd party contractor hired on your behalf. As discussed, explicitly stated on our executed service agreement, and outlined on our website, part of our services includes helping individuals source contractors to provide the requested services, and our expense is based on all time associated with sourcing bids, scheduling and overseeing contractors, and any other time necessary to accomplish the requested tasks. Again, I do apologize if this was not made clear enough and am happy to discuss each line item of our invoice with you and have left you numerous messages to try and do so. Secondly, while I appreciate your feedback and sharing your opinion about the situation we are in, I do have to address this review as I run my business with the highest ethical standards. I have been in business since 2008, receive 71% of my clients from referrals, with 27% of my business each year coming from repeat clients. I assure you that working in my industry I would not be able to still be in business and receive the high volume of referrals and repeat clients if I were unethical with my clients. I would like to mend this with you, as it would truly upset me to leave you with this perception of our work. While you have been unwilling to discuss this with me on the phone thus far, I would like to be able to communicate with you over the phone to avoid any miscommunication.
