+ -1 moreIt took a while to get Self Chem to come out, and when they did, the worker arrived early, after my husband explained that he wanted to be here when they arrived to make sure they were putting in the pump that he wanted. They barged ahead and did the job, and the pump is way too noisy, but now they won't come back and even look at it without charging us $80 for a service call.
Description of Work: Self Chem to install a new pump in our swimming pool.

+ -1 moreI really liked that they took very good direction from me. They did everything that we wanted them to do. They did a nice job on my pool. They didn't leave any mess behind and had great communication with us as well. I have used them in the past and have had really good luck with the work that they do.
Description of Work: They took off our pool cover, cleaned, and vacuumed it out.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job installing the pump and heater. We have had no problems with them at all. They are a very reliable, dependable company. They also checked out water balance for free. We also purchased our chemicals from them. They have a very friendly staff.
