Amy and team were great all the way through the mortgage process, as well as after closing. The whole team was very responsive, which is very important to me. Another big plus is their positive attitude and the ability to make my difficult condo mortgage happen. Some condos like mine are extra difficult to close, but they worked through it all with me. I couldn't be happier and would definitely work with them again in the future. Overall I felt the whole process was pleasant and everyone was very involved and responsive. I feel I was very well taken care of and well informed though out. I would recommend their team to my family and friends.

The Leaman Team made it happen for me. I was looking on how to add on to our home. I called local credit unions the bigger well known banks, none of them would help me out. They were only interested in helping themselves, they would not answer my questions directly while trying to stear me into something I did not need. I found Leaman team on Angie's list and the rest is history. The Leaman team told me exactly what i could use and qualify for and were with me every step of the way all the way to the very end. was confident in choosing the Max Leaman team after reading reviews, but our overall the experience was less than impressive. Amy was nice enough but it seemed that I had to call or email twice in order to get a response. Even then, most of the time I felt like an after-thought and needed to remind her of things we discussed previously. Of the staff we interacted with, Tamisha was quick to respond, on top of things and friendly. Unfortunately, Crystal was a bit condescending and rough to deal with. When I brought it to Amy's attention, she immediately involved the Operations Manager, Tiffany, who resolved things quickly and professionally.

I have used this company before to refinance, and the process is always super-smooth. Their people are knowledgeable and helpful, they respond quickly to emails and phone calls, and I just couldn't ask for a better experience. I invest in rental properties, so I've been to a lot of closings. Max Leaman is definitely the easiest to deal with, and they have great rates, too. I was able to email them a couple of days before closing and get the interest rate dropped based on a market decrease. Everything was handled via email -- my preference -- and only a few documents had to be hand-signed; most of it could be done electronically. The closing was scheduled quickly at a place very near my home, and they followed up quickly. I just got everything funded, and I got exactly what I needed out of the process. I very highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking about refinancing their mortgage. (The cost I put on this review was for closing costs for a $205,000 15-year fixed loan including points to get my interest rate down to 3.25%)

I had no idea that a real estate transaction could be so pleasant and go so smoothly. Amy, Erika, and the team were on top of everything. Service by Max Leaman Team was outstanding and the refinance process was painless and was completed exactly in 30 days. Very competitive refinancing fees as well. It was way better than dealing with the big banks.

They did a great job from start to finish and were very attentive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a mortgage or refinance.

5 year and a Originally I had signed up for a mortgage loan with Chase Bank who promised me a closing date of 45 to 60 days. Chase also told me that I only qualified for a 30 year plan and a 4.1 % interest rate. After 85 days of pestering Chase to get me to closing I finally fired them and found Prime lender. Withing a day, my loan agent was able to qualify me for a 15 year plan and a 3.85% interest rate with a closing date of 35 days. They handled everything and I just got my funds. They did everything so fast and so efficient. I dont know why anyone would choose another lender.

The Leaman team came highly recommended by our real estate agent. After searching the rates with one of those online mortgage companies, we decided to work with a local company to purchase our home. Max and his team were extremely helpful in securing financing for our first home purchase. Moving to a new home is very exciting, but it can also be a stressful experience; however, if you contact Max Leaman and his professional associates, the whole lending experience is second to none. We used the Leaman team in 2006 for our first move in Austin, and because of their expertise, we contacted them again in July 2014 for a move from Cedar Park, TX to Ocala, FL. Recently, I refinanced a residential property and I was not sure of the all the requirements. My loan officer (Jori Stern) did a great job in explaining the application, underwriting and closing process. Ms. Stern was very responsive to my questions and replied to all my e-mail inquiries promptly. In fact the entire Max Leaman Team kept me updated at various stages of the refinance process. I had a few items to address prior to closing and Max Leaman stepped in to offer his assistance to get everything resolved. Great experience and I highly recommend this company.

I re-financed my house last week. Their rate and closing cost were reasonable and customer service was excellent. I worked closely with Sherri Eckert from Max Leaman. Her performance was superb. She is very efficient . She would respond to my e-mails and phone calls promptly. On the day of my loan closing she was on vacation. But she called me to answer my questions before closing . After the closing she called me again to check if closing went well. She was ably assisted by Janey Allcorn. This has been my best experience with loan closing. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

They were very knowledgeable and able to get the best rates. They were also very patient and answered all of my questions, no matter how many questions I had, very happily, cheerfully, patiently answered all the questions.

Max and team worked really hard to get my VA loan closed by the end of the month with a short time line. They gave me great advice regarding the often complicated VA process. They even communicated with the owner's realtor who was weary about VA loans due to past poor experience with a lender that was unfamiliar with them. Max's team also helped educate me on what home insurance to use and worked with the insurance provider to ensure I was fully covered prior to closing. The whole team is extremely knowledgable and worked diligently for me! Can't say enough awesome things about Max and team. I would not use another lender.

They did a great job. They responded to my online inquiry within 15 minutes--a phone call from Jori, a senior loan officer, who was my personal point of contact in the process from that point on. They were able to refinance my existing mortgage at a new lower rate and a lower monthly payment, roll the minimal closing costs into the new loan for zero cash out of pocket, and all in under 3 weeks from start to finish. They are very responsive and efficient. I would highly recommend them for either refinancing an existing loan or financing a home purchase. A very personal touch--they even sent me a birthday card 10 months later. If I ever move, I will use them again.

We shopped around for a mortgage for a condo. We used Prime as one of three mortgage companies we got quotes from, but initially decided on another bank, although Prime was always responsive and helpful. The bank we chose at the last moment decided they wouldn't fund us because of an issue with the HOA's budget. So, I went back to Prime. They were happy to have our business and didn't seem to feel snubbed that they were our second choice. They worked with me to get the information they needed and always had excellent communication with both me and other entities that were necessary in the process. They showed up to the closing on time and released the funds in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use Prime again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prime to anyone, but especially if knew somebody was buying a condo as condo's can be trickier to finance than houses.

This was a very professional, friendly, caring team! We had some issues from coming from out-of-state, and Jori Stern put us completely at ease, and calmed my fears! They had all of our documents ready to go for the closing, days in advance, and we felt completely confident in their ability to get the job done correctly and efficiently!

When purchasing my first home I started working with Bank of America directly to obtain my mortgage loan. I was finding it to be quite a nightmare working with them in general. I wasn't sure if that was just the way buying a home was, but after talking to a few people I was recommended Max Leaman. I was a little hesitant to start over but after speaking with Max once, I decided to give him a try. That was the best decision I had made in a while. Talk about smooth and easy - night and day compared to working with BOA. Max and Team are very responsive and are on top of things. I know people that have had more hassle renting places then I did with my first home purchase. Anyway, I have just finished my second home purchase with PrimeLending and things went just as great as they did 4 years ago. Excellent experience once again. I only have Bank of America loan department to compare Max to, but I would never try anywhere else.
