Her wealth of experience really shows during negotiations of both price and contract conditions. Extremely professional, her attention to detail is fantastic, she covers all the angles and makes sure her client is comfortable with the process. We were nervous about our first home purchase but Lauren walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions. She was quick to understand our needs and lined up a set of properties that were all very close to what we wanted. This minimized the time it took to select a home and made the best use of everyone's time. For our last purchase, her advice was key on deciding on the property. Overall, We wouldn't work with anyone else!!

To market the home, she held open houses, placed ads in local media outlets, and even used social media to let others know about the home. She answered all of our questions and checked in with us at least weekly, if not more often, on the status of prospects. She also provided us marketing reports that indicated the number of potential buyers who reviewed the various marketing materials. Once we received a contract, Lauren represented our interests and helped to negotiate the final details. Lauren understood our requirements and helped us to achieve the best deal for our home sale.
