He went above and beyond during the negotiating process, providing market analyses late into the evening and negotiating with the seller's agent for hours to get us the best price and keep the purchase on track. On the close of the purchase, Larry provided us with the names and telephone numbers of all of the utility providers we would need, as we were relocating from another state.
