I will not use them again in the future.

Terrible. Do not use unless you want to replace most of what you own now. They arrived and immediately pronounced my truck too small, despite it being a.) the largest truck you can rent and b.) big enough to move someone with more stuff than I have. They kept wanting to take apart things that aren't designed to be taken apart (i.e. bookcases). They also kept saying how they needed the daughter of one of the movers to come help them because she is good with tetris. My husband even offered to come help them pack the truck because he has great geometrical skills. They refused his help. When we lifted the door on the truck at our new home, we were astonished. Nearly everything we own was damaged by the shoddy packing of the truck. They damaged our treadmill by removing the pin that holds the walking ramp in the upright position. (I still cannot fathom the reasoning behind that move.) It is not designed to come out. So that feature is broken forever. They stacked couch cushions in the shelves of my bookcases. This of course pushed the back of the bookcases out. So I've had to buy all new bookcases. They also three of the furniture blankets I bought in the package, yet stacked things up against the leather couch. So it has several tears and gouge places. The dresser, the table, the bed frame... all scratched. The ball on the bottom of the leg of the dresser and the bed frame are now loose. Knobs were shattered on drawers. It's... pretty astonishing. While the truck was being unloaded--by some very nice, conscientious fellows--they were continually shocked and alarmed by the way the items were placed into the truck. They agreed that the truck was plenty large enough for what was in there and couldn't understand the lack of expertise in packing the contents.

The team was prompt, professional and quick. They knew how to lift and move efficiently, and they did not hit any walls or other surfaces with the furniture they were moving (which others have done). Their price was only a little above the least expensive I was quoted by another company, but then that other company never called back after saying they'd do the work.
