LAKE TRAVIS SEPTIC SVC

Called on 3-1 - Monday. Tuesday two guys with shovels dug up tank openings. He finally arrived with truck on 3-5 (Friday) and pumped. This is with water in yard for 5 days. And 6 phone calls. Brian said that the pump was good, and it should work fine. He promised to send electrician to fix alarm box. Electrician never showed. On 3-10, problem is back. They come back, and determine there may be a blocked line, but 'they don't fix lines'. They leave. On 3/14 I get a call from a new company -- Aloha Septic. They come by, say they are referred by Lake Travis Septic. They diagnose problem. They come back following day and repair problem (separated line) by digging up and replacing broken pipe. They also return a third time, on schedule and upgrade risers and fix the alarm box. Aloha is great. Lake Travis Septic, not so much. Basically, all Lake Travis Septic does is pump. I spent about $1400 with Aloha -- $600 labor, $800 parts and equipment rental (tiny backhoe), and the price was fair. My recommendation -- Call Aloha first. If they find you need to pump out, they can call Lake Travis Septic.

This is our forth time using Lake Travis Septic Service and this time Marc did an excellent job of cleaning our entire aerobic septic system. When I called, Marc asked if this was an emergency; since it wasn?t, Marc said he would be out the next day. As we expected, he did a thorough job; so we will definitely use him again next year.

Marc responded the same day we called and was working about one hour after the phone call. He provided stellar service and was very polite.

Work performed as scheduled, for agreed on price, and site left clean. No problems and no surprises.

This is our third time using Lake Travis Septic Service and each time Marc did an excellent job of cleaning out our septic system. This time we just needed the holding tank emptied and Marc came out that afternoon. We found him to be honest and do a thorough job. We will definitely use him again next year.

Marc answered our call promptly and was able to service our septic system the following morning. He did an excellent job of emptying the tank and proceeded to suction the sludge in the bottom. He told us that the sludge should be cleaned out any time it is serviced, but alas, this was not done by previous companies that we had called. He did not charge us any more or less than what the estimate was. We thought he was honest and his service was excellent. We would recommend him to anyone and feel confident that he will do the same good job.
