+ 0 moreMr. Lake helped us understand the condition of the foundation and how it impacted the overall structural integrity of the home. He answered all of our questions and made sure we had a good understanding of the situation. He was able to fit us in to his scheduled the same day, and was early for the appointment.
Description of Work: Conducted a foundation inspection and visual structural inspection for a single family home. We chose to receive a verbal report, as it is costs less than the written engineer's report.

+ 0 morePrompt, courteous service. Lake Engineering created an elevation map and developed a repair plan. Lake uses pressed concrete piles. My engineer advised against using this technique for my application. I ended up going with another repair company recommended by my structural engineer.
