Richard Hall is a hard working agent, who is knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. He reviewed all of the information that I had in my file about my property. Then he researched for further details and important imformation related to the marketing of my property. He advised me on setting an appropriate market value. Then he started marketing the property, and quickly received a number of offers. We met and discussed these, and he responded to them on my behalf. An early offer didn't close, because the buyer's expected financing didn't get approved. Richard then reviewed with me the recent offers, and we selected one from a first-class buyer, who closed on the sale within a very brief time. Richard always kept me informed, often several times a day, both early and late in the day, and including weekends. I would call him first if I wanted to buy or sell property in the tuture. And I am happy to recommend him to others. (I did not list an approximate dollar cost for his services, because the only amount he received from me was one half of the usual broker fee, the buyer's broker received the other half.)
