Description of Work: General renovations on 22 year old house. Replaced masonry siding with hardi-plank. Removed exterior patio door from one wall, built up sub-floor, enclosed door space, installed window, and sheetrocked interior space. Installed new sliding glass patio door on another wall and framed out door casing inside. Removed old second story balcony and built new larger balcony with a staircase.

+ 2 moreKris did a fabulous job. He is extremely careful, honest, and conscientious. Will have him do more work in the future. No question about it. He does it right (versus quick). For example, another contractor gave me a bid on fixing something in my bathroom, it was a just caulk to fix it. Kris, in contrast, fixed it the right way by fixing the drywall. That's what you get with Kris, the right way. About 5 other people on my street here in Circle C have had Kris do stuff for them. You get the picture! He's good.
Description of Work: Kris painted the house, fixed a fence, changed out the door knobs, fixed drywall, etc.
