This company gave me a good bid on cleaning my AC coil, so I hired them to clean my AC coil. 8 months later, had to call AC repair company because my AC was leaking. I was told by the AC company that the unit is leaking because the coil is dirty. The AC company was surprised to hear that it was "cleaned" only 8 months prior. So I called Kiwi Services and I found out that the coil cleaning that Kiwi services provides is spraying the coil with spray cleaner which they purchase at Home Depot for $6, then they use a brush to try and get the stuff off the coil. They charge $800 for this service and offer 50%. I paid them over $400 to get the coil sprayed with a $6 cleaner that they got at Home Depot. Now my AC is clogged again and the leak ruined my tile and Pergo flooring. I contacted Kiwi services and they told me that there is nothing they will do. No refund and they will not have it cleaned, as it should have been the first time, unless I paid them again. The supervisor told me that it's been 8 months (good cleaning should last 3-5 years), so they are only going to offer me $75 credit towards future services, as IF I will hire them again. If you need your AC coil cleaned, DO NOT hire Kiwi Services, no matter how cheap they are. That was my big mistake and I am definitely paying for it now. Waste of $400.

I don't think they are local. It was great service. They have a warranty so that probably stands out the most. For one year they will come out and re-clean any stained areas for $40. The main uses I would recommend them is for their service and warranty.
