+ -1 moreIn addition to the foregoing, I can add there were no injuries to workers on the job. KBPC has a fairly full calender of work so you may have to wait your turn. But, believe me, he's worth the wait. Painters can be a pain by creating a mess (with spills and trash left behind) but not this one.
Description of Work: We have a residential condominium with 2 large two-story structures that had not been painted for about 15 years. After taking bids from 3 painters we awarded an exterior painting contract to KBPC and we are delighted with the results. After they began the project they continued every day thereafter, weather permitting, until completion. They were very careful to protect our buildings and grounds and cleaned up the site every day upon leaving. They worked well with our residents--some of whom are very particular about their property. We would have no hesitation in doing more business with Mr. Baker. He is a class act!
