Other than some slowness on initial quotes, the experience was great. Both installations were very good, and the post-install service has been out of this world!

I've been very pleased with the system. I found Key Sprinkler Co. to be easy to deal with and responsive to my concerns. The crew that did the install was expert and hardworking. The operation of the system was thoroughly explained and my questions fully answered.

Mr. Key gave an excellent sales presentation, and sent a detailed contract/quote via email. His crew came to my house early and finished their instillation in a timely manner. On the following day a service representative inspected the system, set the timing mechanism, and gave me instructions on how to adjust the settings. At my request another service representative came out twice to make minor adjustments. Everything worked as Mr. Key said it would.

Joe Key responded quickly to our request for a quotation for installation of a sprinkler system for our home. We only wanted to install service for our front yard but the cost quoted allowed us to service the entire yard. After accepting the bid, service was scheduled for 6 weeks in the future (July 22nd). We wanted service as soon as possible and told Joe to consider us for an accelerated installation. On June 28th, Joe offered service that week. We accepted and found the installation activity to be flawless. Big Jim and his crew showed up as expected on June 30th. Their installation work exceeded our expectations. They were able to accomodate some minor alterations on-site. They did an excellent job maintaining our sod/lawn condition. Finally, Jim was very clear and patient teaching us how to use the system. Working with Key Sprinkler was one of the best experiences we have had with a service provider.

Joe and his workmen were pleasant and professional, worked quickly and cleanly. Joe explained, and wrote down for me, all the information concerning the automatic sprinkler programmer.

Joe came out and personally did the estimate. He thoroughly explained the process and the materials that would be used. Most other companies did the estimate via phone / fax without meeting with me personally. Joe's estimate was lower than others that I got, but I would have given him the business regardless. I liked his business philosophy and could tell that he takes pride in his work and stands behind it. We had to reschedule a few times because of rain, but they were very professional about it and worked hard to accomodate my work schedule. On the day of the install, they came early and pretty much finished by 5pm. It was pretty amazing really. They dig the trenches by hand so as to preserve the grass. I had my install done in March and you'd hardly notice it today in mid-May. Since the install I had some new trees planted and called them to come out and mark the location of the irrigation pipes. Joe came out promptly (same day, I think) and marked everything off for me. To me, that's a great sign. Since he was so prompt, I went ahead and let him install bubblers for the new trees. That went smoothly as well! Great job!

Joe was very professional and spoke in detail about the project on his first day. He was the only person of the competing companies to really do this. He gave me a reasonable quote the next day. I received four bids two were lower and one was higher but my gut was to go with Joe due to his great attitude, spending time with me first day reviewing options, Angie List reviews, and being in business for 35 years. It took only 3-4 days to complete and once the trees were installed weeks later came back to install the bubblers. Everything went perfect as plan, him and his staff were responsive and professional at all times. It was a great decision to use him. Paul

Joe had his crew scheduled and started at the promised time. When weather delayed the install, the crew foreman contacted us and kept us informed. They did a good job with the install and the foreman, Jim, was very helpful in explaining how to work the timer for the system. I recommend Key Sprinkler for new sprinkler systems.

Key sprinklers was very responsive over the phone and did everything they could to work around my extensive travel schedule. They showed up to do the survey for quote and install of system on time. They even came out again to show me how to operate the system when I returned from travel. The install was done quickly and the work performed was of high quality. My yard barely looks like it was disturbed from the installation and the system works perfectly. The price is a bit higher than other companies around town but the work performed is top notch and looks better than other systems that have been installed around the neighborhood.

They did a very good job and we are very happy with them. They were very professional and came when they said they would. They broke a line and fixed it with no problem. We know 4 different people that have used them and it has been an excellent experience for everyone.

Great. Joe came out and went into great detail as to what would be done. They were professional and kept us informed. Answered all questions we had. We needed an adjustment on a couple of sprayers a week later and they came out and took care of it. Good clean up.

The owner, Joe, meet with us after we called and left a message that we were interested in a sprinkler system. He gave us a good understanding of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He stayed long and answered all the questions that we had. He did say that there was a 2 week wait for the crews to start and he was right. This was in the middle of the summer and during our areas biggest drought. The crews were very efficient and really cared about the work they did. They found any problems before I got a chance to point them out. They made sure all heads and valve covers were below the surface. Along the driveway and sidewalks they made sure the heads were far away enough so that an edger or weedeater would not tear them up. I see a lot of different lawns and I do not see this kind of attention to detail very often. I just want to thank Joe, Jim, Ruben for such a great job.

Very well. The sales representative was friendly and informative. The estimate was prompt. My only regret is that we didn't ask for a map of the installation in our yard, but will request one.

Joe spent some quality time with me going over what they do and why. The crew did a nice job in getting everything in place and doing their best to leave the yard looking untouched. I also received good training on operation of the system.

Beautifully. They told me exactly what they would do, they did it when they said, and they made sure everything worked well and looked good when they were done. They also gave me one-on-one instruction on using the system.

I wonder if they ever got my message.

I left a message on there machine on the work that I needed them to do. They never responded or tried calling me back. They were very unprofessional not to call me back. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They were recommended by another irrigation company. I liked them so well that we had them install another system in our yard. I like that this company is available for other work and is not a "fly-by-night" type company.

The installation went well. The installers were polite, responsive, and hard working. I highly recommend this company.

Joe came out and worked with us to design a system to meet our cost limits and some custom requests we made for our specific lawn/bedding situation. The installation crew was professional and did excellent work. They got the permits that were needed and put in a system that will meet Austin's conservation standards and save us money on water. We're very satisfied with the system we got and the price we paid.

Great! They came and surveyed my lawn, gave me an estimate and answered all my questions (even the list I emailed later before I committed to the job). They were extremely responsive and came in lower than the other two estimates I received for a comparable system. Taught me how to use my system when they were done installing everything. All-in-all, the entire process took about a week from estimate to completion. I'm lucky due to all the rain! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends!

I was very happy with this company because they did a very high quality job for me. The system was very high tech and everything was automatic. There had not been any problems with the system at all. I would recommend this company to others because I felt great about them.

The work was done with very little damage to the lawn, which was our major concern about this. They buried the tubing as close to the sides of the yard as they could, to minimize the evasiveness of the project. The crew was experienced and had no problems finishing in less than one day. They showed us how it worked and how to change the programming on it. We love this new system and we don't have to worry about it.
