Keep Austin Level

Description of Work: A 98 year old cistern collasped at my farm house creating a 12 foot sink hole that destroyed 2 piers under my pier and beam home. I hired Keep Austin Level to fill the hole with flowable fill (concrete) and replace 8 piers. They were also to replace stairs and sidewalk and cover both with flagstone. Other than filling the sink hole, the work was the worse I have ever seen in my life. They damaged more than they repaired. They broke two of the beams holding my patio and when they repaired them, they were too short and the patio roof was leaning. They had to replace those. They only installed 7 piers and my contract was for 8 piers. They came back again to add the 8th one. Also, two of the other piers they installed, didn't even make contact with my beam. They came back to "shim" the piers. The flagstone job was a joke. I think a 5 year old could have done a better job. I would never hire this company again nor would I recommend this company!
