+ 0 moreKatz Builders gave complete bids, and stuck to them. They gave me day by day construction schedule and stuck to it. The superintendent came each day to let the subs in my home and checked their work at the end of each day. I received an activity report every two to three days. Each day the project site was cleaned. The projects was completed on schedule. Every item was completed to perfection. My experiences rated 10 plus every time. Will I remodel again? Yes, as long as Katz Builders is my remodeler.
Description of Work: I have used Katz Builders 2 times and plan on retaining them again. I would not even get bids from other builder/remodelers. The first time I used them was to repair and finish the poor work done by the first remodeler. He was 20% cheaper and 80% worse. The second time Katz came in to repair extensive water damage caused from a leaking commode.

+ 0 moreAfter working out the scope of work and overall time frames I was provided with a weekly schedule of work. Each day they came and unlocked my house for the subs and when the subs were done inspected the work and locked up again. Each week went like clockwork.
Description of Work: After my first remodeler did such a poor job Katz Builders fixed the problems and finished the job. What a night and day experience! Katz is not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for and every dime you spend will be for quality work, great communication, confidence and the enjoyment of working with really great people. I have had them back and look forward to their doing my next project!
