 + -1 moreAt first, it was a bit of a challenge to get a hold of Kenneth (looking back though, he was the ONLY contractor that actually responded and knew my project), but once we get started, he was consistent. While we were out of town, Kenneth would check in and send us pictures of the project via email, which was nice. His painting crew did an excellent job, were friendly, and were willing to redo anything not up to my standards. Although I never met the floor guy, the bamboo flooring looks amazing. Overall, Kenneth and crew did a great job, and I would use them again.
Description of Work: Kenneth and his crew removed all popcorn ceilings, painted all interior, and put down all new hardwood flooring throughout the house. He also did some odds and ends for us, such as adding to our existing fence, repairing an outdoor banister that was rotten, etc.

 + 4 moreKenneth was extremely professional. He accommodated many changes along the way. He was very helpful in some of the design decision when I asked for his help. He was a pleasure to work with and did top quality work in a practical way to contain cost. I have had many friends ask for Kenneth's name to get their work done. He has already gotten 2 other jobs off my house from friends. I highly recommend him and his crew.
Description of Work: I asked Kenneth do a complete remdel on a 1963 house. He gutted and rebuilt the kitchen, master bath and removed a barring wall between the living room and family room to provide an open environment. Most of the the lighting, duct work and plumbing had to be replaced to accommodate the 6 skylights and moving of the sinks, stove and refrigerator. He replaced all the interior and exterior doors. So, basically rebuilt the house from the outside walls.

 + 4 moreKenneth Powell is a hands on type of business owner and he was involved in the design process as well as the work itself. We discovered him through friends and in our experience that is the best recommendation you can get. It was an accurate one as well because he did a great job on our kitchen and kept the rest of the house free of dust for the duration of the project. It was finished in quick order and the end result is just what we wanted.
Description of Work: KP Construction remodeled our kitchen. The remodeling involved new countertops, cabinets, new lighting and new flooring, and installation of all new appliances. They also re-painted the kitchen walls.
