Called for help when tenants' AC/Heating unit went out during a massive freeze. All heating/ac repair people were swamped. Considering we had 2 children 5 and under living there, K&M Environmental Controls put us at the head of their list and fixed the unit the same day...a miracle. Further quoted us a price for a new ac/heating unit which we will eventually need (I asked for a quote) and turned in one that was competitive. I recommend them. Great customer service. Far exceeded my expectations

He was a very nice guy, but he didn't seem very knowledgeable, didn't really look into my furnace as much as I thought he would. Only looked at the filter. Even asked me for a manual for my thermostat. Not as thorough as I had expected.

K & M responded immediately after logging my A/C problem on the Home Advisor website. Even though it was a Saturday, the field technician, Ray, called me within a few minutes and was at my house in an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a simple capacitor and had the unit fixed within a few minutes and for a very reasonable price. Honest, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them.

The K & M employee, Jeff, did a very thorough job repairing the unit. He explained what parts needed to be repaired and why. He also checked the unit in the attic and made sure everything was working before he left.

K & M replaced a unit in a very difficult location in my attic a couple of years ago and I am more than pleased with the product and service provided. No issues at all with the new unit despite extreme summer heat. I have called a couple of times for other issues, they responded quickly and handled the problems in one visit. I have them in my phone, I won't use anyone else.
