JUNK HAUL HOTLINE

Brandon agreed to pick up an old queen size sleeper sofa to haul away. He agreed to pick it up on Friday, January 25, 2012 in the morning and would call me when he was on his way. At 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 11:00 am and 11:30 am I called Brandon because he never called me nor showed up. Each time I called him, he never answered my call, nor returned me call and I left him a voice mail every time. I would never use Junk Haul Hotline, or refer them to anyone. He should be removed from Angie's List since Junk Haul Hotline were very unprofessional.

Brandon was the 3rd company I called to get a quote off of Angie's List. He came out in person in less than 30 minutes from my phone call asking for a quote. He beat the other quotes by half! I called on a Monday and he said he might be able to do the work on Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday rolled around and he called me and left a voicemail saying he wasn't able to make, which was fine. I told him we were not in a hurry. He was in my backyard working on Thursday and had everything dismantled and removed quickly. Brandon was super polite and easy to work with. He did a great job, and even offered to haul away something extra at the end of the service without me asking. He just offered, and didn't charge me extra!

Brandon did an amazing job hauling a very large load of yard debris, trash and rocks out of our backyard. He was super friendly, easy to deal with and gave a great price for the job. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him. He even raked the backyard when he was through. Wow! A+++

He gave me an estimate on Thursday when I called. He called me about 30 minutes before he was set to get here on Monday. He was just wonderful. He didn't charge me for a full load, because I didn't have a full load. I would definitely recommend him.

I called him and he was here in forty five minutes. He picked up everything, he swept up after himself. It was like the junk had never been there. He was very nice, personable and has a kind heart.

Brandon has come on several different instances to haul away remodeling debris for us. He is reasonable, professional and always on time. He spent time helping me move all the fence panels and even volunteered to haul additional items over to make sure we got our truck load worth.
