+ -1 moreInitially came out to fix flashing problems during a remodel as a subcontractor for the remodeling company. Identified and fixed numerous problems. When remodel process found a leak in the back deck, JR Roofing was contracted to provide the new proper water proofing layer. Based on the quality of work they did as a subcontractor for the remodeling, I contracted with them to install a complete new asphalt shingle roof. They were very flexible working around my schedule and requests. All work was as promised and results look good.
Description of Work: Fixed flashing problems left from original builder. Removed old tile from balcony, installed proper water proofing layer to prevent future leaks. Replaced asphalt shingle roof.
