JP is OK, but they could have done better. The siding on both sides of the house is slightly crooked (not the front and back, just the sides), and we were unable to open some of our windows after they completed their work. We might use them again, but Angi doesn't provide a "Maybe" option.

The windows are the highest quality and the installation was quick and high quality. I'm extremely happy with my windows. They made this house feel like a home.

We could not be happier. They were ontime, worked consistently, were very professional and the work was high quality. I would recommend them for future projects and would hire them again myself.

I’m very happy and highly recommend JP Construction after they replaced my 50 year old siding with Hardie siding for the whole house. After the new siding was painted, the exterior looks like a new construction home. From the initial meeting with Jon, thru the construction process with Mike and Aleks and his crew, and the final walkthrough I feel that my all concerns were addressed. You can tell they really care about their work and check every detail. There was a significant delay because a winter storm hit in the middle of construction, but I was amazed at how well just the new insulation and wrap held up for a week before work was able to resume. I couldn’t be happier knowing that work and the material will last a lifetime.

JP Construction was a great choice. Jon (owner) came out on two different occasions to understand the scope of the project and answer all our questions. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. The contract, invoice, and payment process are all electronic and easy to use. The crew was fantastic and have been working with JP for 10+ years. They were friendly and genuinely wanted us to be happy with the job. Our project included a lot of detailed trim that we wanted to match from the original 30's construction and crew lead worked with us to find the perfect solutions to ensure we were happy with the results. I would highly recommend JP Construction again and would definitely call upon them for future projects well.

I am so pleased with my home improvements done by JP Construction! They replaced crumbling siding with Hardie plank and painted the exterior. They power washed our limestone and it looks like new. They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. They relocated our master bath window, installed a new one, and replaced our patio door with one we'd bought, all in conjunction with the siding and painting work! It was almost seamless. I got bids from 4 companies and JP was very competitive. He came out and discussed the work, educating us in the process. The project manager Mike scheduled our work and was quick to respond to my calls or emails. I cannot say enough good things about the hard- working crew led by Carlos! The crew of 4 or 5 worked quickly and did an excellent, thorough and quality job. They came back every day until it was done. I love how it all turned out. I would absolutely use them again! JP Construction did a wonderful job on our window replacement. The new windows look great! The crew was responsive, professional and very courteous. Their attention to the final details is what won me over - they left our home better than when they came. It was clean inside and out - wonderful work!

Our experience with JP Construction from initial estimate to job completion was great! Matt showed up on time for our estimate (some others didn't even bother to show, so that was an instant point), and was able to provide an estimate within a few hours. The estimate was thorough and competitively priced. Through them, we were able to work with a color consultant to select our house colors and order paint samples to test things out before we committed. The crew showed up on the Monday before Thanksgiving and had our old siding down and new siding installed by that Wednesday. Our neighbors down the street were also having siding replaced, and our job was started after and completed before theirs! The team was awesome. They returned to paint after the holidays, and had the whole project wrapped up by the end of the following week. It was like having a brand new house in just two weeks.

Man came to look at the house, but never sent an estimate.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Their price was competitive (on the low end, actually). They replaced every window in my house (24 of them), and did a thorough and professional job. They reinsulated and caulked, replaced and added trim as needed (new windows are generally thicker than old ones), and painted the trim. The job looks fantastic, and of course the new windows have tightened up the house considerably. We can't hear outside noises as much (wasn't expecting that). This job was done in late August, early September of 2018, so there were weather delays that couldn't be helped, but JP was fast and thorough, and cleaned up after themselves after every workday. Oh, and they also replaced my shutters when I realized that they had weathered beyond repair (seperate cost, but again reasonable). I would happily use them again.

JP Construction is a great company and I am glad to recommend their services. First, you know the company is serious about getting your your work (and confidence) when the owner of the company shows up at your house to appraise your job needs. Jon Polson addressed all my questions about the scope of the work to be undertaken and provided a prompt proposal and estimate of costs. Once approved, the JP team went into action. Mike Long oversaw the entire process coordinating various teams of window installers, siding crew, and painters. They really work as a team. There were some unavoidable delays due to weather, (It was early spring.) but I was kept informed of all necessary rescheduling. All the crews did a great job and left the job site clear and clean at the end of every workday. Any remodel or construction job has a degree of stress for the homeowner, but JP Construction kept the stress level low. Final walkthrough went well. The last thing Mike did was replace a window screen that had been damaged during the work process. I have another job pending and plan on using JP once again.

Mike really worked with us to get what we needed at the price we could afford. After the first estimate came back over our budget (but still reasonable for what we were asking), Mike allowed us to change our request and adjusted the estimate and work accordingly. Instead of new siding all around, we had them put new siding on one side and caulk and paint three sides of our 1350+SF house that's up on stilts. He made excellent recommendations of materials with good explanations—for example, low E Simonton vinyl windows instead of aluminum. The workers are skilled, polite, and friendly, even when things were tough. This old house didn't want to let its single-pane windows go! And they had to find extra-long ladders to finish the trim around the windows and paint on one side. When impending storms caused a temporary shutdown of the project, they made sure everything would be dry and secure. Communication was good throughout the project—when there was a misunderstanding about what work was to be done, it was quickly cleared up. The pictures below are before, during, and after the project. We're really happy with JP Construction and would use them again.

Reasonably. I selected these guys in part because of their Angies List rating, but primarily because they offered windows that matched my existing ones. There were some scheduling hiccups and initially the window trim was painted with a flat finish rather than semi-gloss. I talked to them and they very quickly and professionally redid it.

JP Construction did a great job. Their pricing was really good and they were the lowest price of 4 bids that we got to do the work. Jon came by to put the price together and we got a quote the same day. Mike, their Project Manager was great to work with and any concerns we had were addressed very quickly. Alex their onsite foreman did a great job for the entire project including installing the new James Hardi plank siding, the painting, and the final clean up. We are very excited with the new look that our house has now. We would definitely use them again for home improvements.

What an excellent and professional crew. I had great communication and help from the project manager with a step by step layout of how our project would happen. The different materials available with warranties, when it would be ordered and when the project would start and be completed, plus what we needed to do on our part. Which was mainly decisions. My concern was the paint color. I didn't want to make a big mistake. We drove around neighborhoods and looked at so many house trim colors, but none were exactly like I wanted to match the stone on our home. Finally I decided on a color and the project manager had one of the painters paint my sample on the siding so I could actually see it on the house and feel more confident about my selection. That small extra effort helped me feel so much better. Great results and the finished project was even better than we had expected. Great job!!

We hired JP to strip our old siding off and replace it with Hardie board as well as cover our back patio. All turned out better than expected and would definitely do it all over again. They stand behind the work with is a HUGE plus.

JP Construction just finished a major job for me - all new windows (Milgard Fiberglass) and Hardiplank siding plus painting the house. Every encounter with these guys from their first sales presentation to the very last look-over was a positive one. Matt (sales) was super knowledgeable about the various products and promptly answered my many emails as I debated. Mike (project manager) stopped by often to check on how things were going and also communicated with me regularly via email or phone. The different crews who actually performed the installations were excellent workers, friendly, and polite. The men who headed each crew (Eddie and Nel) could not have been more helpful or more patient as I changed my mind about a few details here and there. The original bid was extremely detailed; nothing was left to chance. I highly recommend this company both for the quality of their work and for the excellent customer service.

Fantastic job. Would use again. Jon and crew were great. Left job site neat every day and were finished within the week. Replaced rotting siding in gables, door frames and siding across back of house.

They were great from start to finish: responsive, professional, punctual, and efficient. My whole house was complete in a week, and they did a lot of work. The only negative thing, and it's very slight, is a small amount of debris was left in the backyard. Other than that, they were fantastic. And my house looks amazing!
